[1]. WHETHER THE PRESENT PETITION IS MAINTAINBLE IN THIS HON’BLE COURT ?

1.1 That the petitioner has locus standi to approach this Honourable Court.

1.2 That there has been violation of natural justice.

1.3. that the doctrine of laches doesn’t imposes bar.

[2] WHETHER the action of Adil amounts to offence under SEC. 124A IPC ?

[2.1] that the Adil has freedom of opinion and expression & to impart information through any
media regardless of frontiers.

[2.2] that the Adil’s blog doesn’t excite or attempt to excite disaffection towards the government
established by law.

2.2.1 that the blog doesn’t target the government established by law.

2.2.2. that Adil’s opinion and expression does not show the disaffection towards the government.

[2.3] The Adil’s opinion and expression doesn’t lead to public disorder.

[3] WHETHER THE offence under section 300, 375, & 362 IPC has been committed ?

[3.1] that the circumstances doesn’t lead to the above said offences committed by the Adil.

[3.2] that the accusation of rape, murder and abduction are frivolous and is merely to gain undue
socio - political advantage of the situation.

[3.3] that the mere suspicions doesn’t lead to conviction.

…………..Charges framed against Accused has not been proved beyond reasonable doubt.

[4] WHETHER the action of Adil amounts to offence under SEC. 153A & 295A IPC ?

4. 1 That the blog doesn’t prejudice to maintenance of harmony.

4. 2. That the blog doesn’t promote the enmity between different group on grond of religion.
