P: Yes, the faculty and students adhere/ and they strictly follow all the rules/policies

P: So far the school carries out the rules and policies without exemption.

P: As I observe, the principal calls for a meeting and tell the members if there is something to be
modified in the rules and policies

P: Maybe yes, because before they were appointed as members of the grievance committee,
the head made sure that they are knowledgeable and capable of handling cases

P: Yes, we don’t give penalties or treatment without the existing rules /policies of the school
because that is foul.

P: Not all are implemented properly.

P: By following the Cs rules because some personnel themselves are violators.

P: During evaluation of school performance and level of practice

P: It is always true. The law is hares but it’s the law. Rules are rules!

P: Yes, of course, school management directly affect the system. A good management ensures a
positive human source attitude and productive results. A system managed by everyone as a
family is really a must to consider now a days.

P:3- As a Master teacher I, I see to it that I give equal /fair treatment to my co-teachers in terms of
relationship. And I also provide them the materials they needed in their teaching like the
instructional materials that thy need in their everyday lesson.

P: We have LAC session, department meetings to talk about matters in school.

P: Well, in fairness to our supervisors, they have immediate response if we have queries on
some matters.

P: We just follow proper protocol and manual of policies came from the school head
following the DEPED order

P: We have the general assembly before the start of the school year and a pre-and post-oral
conference every event that to talk about things to improve.

don’t think there are so far.

P: Ahm..with the new school head, so far so good.

P: We have year-end review of the rules and policies of the school to update all the
members.

P: Still the “palakasan” system or “with backer” is prevailing in my 22 years in service but we’ll see
now with the new management.

P: Of course! We follow the procedures written in our handbook of rules and policies, everything is

P: The grievance committee is composed of the school head or his authorized representative, the
HR and the guidance councilor.

P: I do believe, yes, it has a direct impact to our organizational health because everybody knows
the importance of the imposition of the existing rules and policies ,the directional objectives and

P: I do, because it would benefit every member of this institution and the community.

P: I believe there is no misconceptions for everything is well laid-out.

P: There is a meeting to which every member is given the privilege to share their thoughts
with regard to the drafting of objectives

P: It is for the betterment of all and to the realization of the vision and mission.

P: All members created the institutional objectives, all opinions are gathered

IMPLEMENTATION OF RULES AND POLICIES
Me: 1. Do you think that you school fully implements all rules and policies? Why?
P: Yes, we are implementing all rules and policies so as to maintain peace and harmony on
the institution
Me: 2. On what capacity does the school administration carry out the rules and policies without
exemption to anyone?
P: We are implementing policies without looking at name tags, because a policy is a policy
Me: 3. How the school review the rules and policies and makes modification if necessary?
P: Every year there is a review of rules so as to look at the effectivity of rules to the present
students
Me: 4. How does the school draft their rules and policies that would not favor any department or
person.
P: We do norm reference we look at students equally
Me: 5. What is the general feeling/atmosphere in terms of rules implementation?
P: There is harmony where rules are well established and well implemented

II. DECISION MAKING ON GRIEVANCES


Me: 1. How does the school handle issues and concerns of the school?
P: We call for a meeting of all concerned individuals.
Me: 2. What is the due process being followed for the grievance process?

P: We hear both sides of the story with the presence of all concerned
Me: 3. How is the representation of the members in the grievance?
P: Some are witnesses on the process and other do give their judgement
Me: 4. Do the members of the panel have knowledge, skill, sense of judgement and an objective of
mind in handling the case? Why?
P: Yes, hence they are called in the process. They have been called with prior checking so
as to avoid biases
Me: 5.Do the decisions made and served are in conformity to the existing rules and policies of the
school? Why?
P: We always make decisions based on rules and policies so as to avoid further issues and
for goodness of everyone

C. Me: Do you think your School Management as described above has a direct impact to
your Organizational Health?
P: Yes, of course the school management has a direct impact to one’s organizational health. It is
inspiring to work with people who have integrity. School surrounded with people who has a
good life and do their best and live with the highest moral ascendancy, and as a we wake up in
the morning, we as inspired to go to school to impact knowledge to our clientele.

P: Staff meeting, faculty meeting, planning session

P: My participation as well as commitment

P: We have the general meeting before the start of the school year, sometimes through our
INSET we discuss things over in achieving our goals

P: Implementation plan, not all are willing to participate in the changes, I do not know what
are their reasons.

P: Aside from the part I have said there is none, all goals are well-defined and applicable

P: In my opinion it is what we are targeting to achieve in order to be a school of honor and
proud.

P: We have an executive group which responsible for this that anchoring the Deped order.

P: So far,the school carries out the rules and policies without exemption.
Me: 3. How the school review the rules and policies and makes modification if necessary?
P: I don’t think there is a need, so far so good with the new administration
Me: 4. How does the school draft their rules and policies that would not favor any department or
person.
P: For the common good/equal judgement without favoring anyone
Me: 5. What is the general feeling/atmosphere in terms of rules implementation?
P: Well I should say so far so good.

P: Concerned people go to specific committee to discuss about it and eventually solve it
Me: 2. What is the due process being followed for the grievance process?

P: We follow the existing rules and policies of the school through handbook adopted from
the Deped.
Me: 3. How is the representation of the members in the grievance?
P: Ahmm..Members underwent nomination if who were experienced enough/knowledgable
enough to handle cases in our school.
Me: 4. Do the members of the panel have knowledge, skill, sense of judgement and an objective of
mind in handling the case? Why?
P: Of Course! They are and must be!
Me: 5.Do the decisions made and served are in conformity to the existing rules and policies of the
school? Why?
P: Yes, based on the rules and policies given by the Deped.

P: Yes, it has a direct impact of course.
