1. INTRODUCTION

National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company intend to construct a 26” product pipeline to transport
outlet products (Gas oil, Kerosene & Gasoline) from new Bandar Abbas refinery (Setareh Khalij Fars under
construction) to the center of country (Rafsanjan-Terminal) including 8” branch pipeline to Sirjan. This pipeline
is going to transport 300,000 BPD Gasoil, 330,000 BPD kerosene, 360,000 BPD Gasoline products through Bandar
Abbas,Ghotb-Abad and Mehraran Pump Stations with considering all passive defenses & HSE design criteria.

2. SCOPE

This specification covers the minimum requirements for the purchase of Anchor Flange for use to Bandar Abbas
Sirjan-Rafsanjan 26˝ New Product Pipeline.
This document is not all-inclusive and shall not be used to modify or supplement the CONTRACT.

3. DEFINITIONS

Within the context of this document, the following definitions will be applicable:

4. REFERENCES

Throughout this Specification, the following dated and undated standards/ codes are referred to. These referenced
documents shall, to the extent specified herein, form a part of this Specification.
For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any supplements and amendments)
applies. For dated references, the edition cited applies.
The applicability of changes in dated references that occur after the cited date shall mutually be agreed upon by
NIOEC and the Vendor/Contractor.
