#TeamSnuggle Volunteer Manager and Coordinator
· Collaborated with a shelter manager to create a program for shelter puppies to get much needed
socialization but are under vaccinated and cannot leave their kennels to play or walk.
· Hold a weekly training session for new volunteers.
· Made all of the documents for the program, as well as the rules and regulations.
· Utilized my understanding of technology to educate volunteers.
· Created quizzes online to be sure volunteers understand the protocols.
· Used Google Sheets as a scheduling system to assign puppies to specific people that will come in and
give them socialization in their kennels.
· Manages a team of 55 volunteers.

Austin Pets Alive!, 2019- Present


Parvo ICU Medical and Care Team Volunteer
· Learned basic medical skills to administer drugs and proper life-saving care to puppies with
Parvovirus.
· Cleaned kennels and changed bedding.

Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse, 2013 - 2015


· Answered phone calls through the Distress Centre.
· Educated victims of sexual abuse and their families.
· Helped callers to engage in self-care, breathing exercises, and understanding what is happening to
