Strategic E-Marketing and Performance Metrics

Strategic planning is a process of developing and maintaining the strategic between what is the
capabilities goals from the organizations and it will change the opportunities from the market.

There are some of part process to identify the company goals such as:

Growth : How much a company revenues can growth? And how fast it will? It depends on the
product life3 cycles, and also market factors.

Competitive posisition: How we compare our industry with others. It needs a strategy to
compete to attract more customers.

Geographic scope: The places where the company should serve its customers, local/ foreign
country?

Other objectives: The company often set the objectives for the number of industries they will
enter, range of the products this is happened is to reduce the cost.

Strategy means to achieved the goals but not what its goals are. Strategy has its roots in military action.
If the company wanted to achieve something so they will have their own tactic to win it.

From strategy to electronic strategy it is called E-business strategy, is the design of marketing strategy
that capitalizes on the organization’s electronic or information technology capabilities to reach the
specify objectives.

E-business models is a method by which the organization sustains itself in the long term using the
information technology.

Value and Revenue is for customers and partners. This is part of the marketing concept that social and
economics can be caused existence from organization by the satisfaction of customer wants and need.

Performance metrics can be called as key performance indicators.are specific measures to evaluate the
effectiveness and how efficience the organizations’ operations are.

Social media performance is different from most standard website metrics. People nowadays more
interact with social media in many different ways. There also many ways to engange social media users
like:

Content viewership refers to the number visitors who consume content like reading a
blog,watching videos or downloading.

Tagging,likes can be counted in the content.

Followers,subscribers.

Number of shares will be counted how many content comes viral is shared to others.
Content creation counts the number how many visitors who upload ads for a contest. This can
be calculate by the companies like how many visitors, who subscribes or likes the products also reviews.

Organizations using the social media require many different types of performance metrics because they
want to measure levels of users and how that can be influences brand awareness and also product
