I student taught for a full year in LCISD at T.L. Pink Elementary in a 5 th grade bilingual

◦ PLANNING ACTIVITIES At Needville High School, I participated in a class more practically called Ready, Set,
FOR SCHOOLWIDE EVENTS Teach. For two hours a day, three days a week, I would assist a teacher in a lower
grade level. I was in a 6th grade ELA class junior year and a 5th grade ELA class senior
year. Throughout this experience, I learned basic classroom management skills, the
basics of a lesson plan, and how to work on specific skills with students individually.
