3. This certificate is issued on the basis of visual inspection and routine tests carried out at
manufacturer’s works.
4. The inspection certificate does not relieve the manufacturer in any way from the
responsibility towards the quality and quantity of the material supplied under the contract.
5. If later, any discrepancy is observed in quality or quantity of the material, the same will
be replaced by the manufacturer at its own cost.
6. The material and goods supplied are covered under warranty clause of the Contract.
