RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare a detailed activity plan on Primavera P6 for Client submission as baseline plan. P6 8.2.
Prepare detailed resource plan for Client submission.
Prepare manpower (direct / indirect) and equipment deployment plan for Client
submission.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Prepare Balance Cost to Complete sheet after every 3 months and monitor cost.
Prepared detailed material requirement plans as per work baseline plan and work front available.
According to drawings and weekly plan, manage the delivery of direct consumable material.
Prepare monthly look ahead plan and arrange the delivery of resources as per plan.
Work in close harmony with construction site team to solve technical issues and send Technical
Queries when required.
Monitor construction work and prepare planned Vs actual comparison.
Raise purchase requisition for material components as per requirement basis.
Arrange subcontractor for specialized jobs as per requirements.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed is as per specifications.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
Agreeing a price for materials and making cost‐effective solutions and proposals for the intended
project.
Coordinate with designer, Clients, Subcontractors, Supervisors, Quantity surveyors and the General
workforce involved in the project.
Coordinates and monitors with subcontractors for their daily construction activities and their
obligations and liaison with subcontractors.
Finishing Experience:
Work efficiently at various projects at finishing stage. Control execution, procurement, inspection
and handing over of finishing works
Responsibilities include: ‐
Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work, plastering, aluminum
and gypsum false ceiling, painting, tiling and marble works, roof treatment, aluminum and wooden
doors and windows, glass block, SS railing, Sanitary fixtures and plumbing works, landscaping etc
Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all type of finishing activities.
To check the quality of all the finishing materials received on site and prepare quality reports,
defects, if any.
Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and
compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.
Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including
the works of the subcontractors.
Follow‐up with General Foreman efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage and supervise
materials storage area.
