Target Market and Value Chain Structure

Targeting and Segmentation details are mentioned in the Appendix 4. Post analysis the
following points were identified:

Value Chain structure flowchart of Oz Trendz

 The above flowchart depicts the manner in which a customer order is processed
after the booking is made at the online portal of Oz Trendz.
Prospective Customers:
Channelizing the focus of Marketing department to build up awareness about Oz Trendz and
its upcoming offers, mainly, targeting the prospective customers of different areas of
community being teenagers, young professionals and mid-aged people of Australian society.
A number of approaches can be implemented to get the desired results ranging from e-
communication, tele-advertisements and other communication channels aiming at specific
target customer zones. Implementing the various methods we can aim at publication based
advertising, getting into social networking and media streams and organizing interactive
sessions within Australian communities.
