Structure: R.C.C Framed structure all floors.

Building structural work columns, beams and slabs as per

engineer’s Plan up to Ground + 2 Floors. Any cost which would add to the strength beyond Ground + 2
Floors should be borne by the Owner.

Brick work: Tables moulded good quality of light weighted brick walls (red bricks). All floors external and
internal 4.5 inches wall as per plan

Plastering: Rough plastering & sponge finish on the internal Portion.

Waterproof Chemical will be mixed for External Plastering. Wardrobes provision in bedrooms, shelves
and loft in kitchen, shelves in hall

Wood work: Main door will be Indian teak wood with 5” X 3” with African teak wood carving Shutters.

Internal door frames of African teak wood as per Engineer's/Architect plan.

Addition of Granite borders and Aluminum windows of three layer which includes two glass partitions
and a Mosquito mesh will be provided to all the Windows

Doors: Good Quality Doors will be provided and details as Follows.

Moulding Doors will be provided for rooms, Kitchen and toilet..

Hardware: Main door hardware will be of heavy quality Steel set accompanied with Europa Lock set.

Additional Hardware to fix the doors will be of good Quality.

Plumbing work: Entire plumbing work will be done as per engineers plan showing inward and outward
lines from sump to overhead tank and from overhead tank to all floors by adjusting equal pressure to all
floors.

Entire pipe work will be done using Aashirwad CPVC pipes

All Western and Indian bathroom sanitary will be of SONCERA

Tiles: Provision of Tiles will be provided in Bathroom, Pooja Room, Kitchen, Wash Area and Elevation
with Following Height.

Pooja Room: Ceiling level

Bathroom: Door level

Kitchen: 4ft from platform.

Wash Area: Door level.

Elevation: Engineer's/Architect plan.

Sanitary:

PVC Pipes of Aashirwad will be used for supply of water from Bore well/Sump to Overhead tank and
thereafter to the inlets as per Engineer's/Architect plan.

Prince pipes will be used to perform all the Sewer work for the entire Building.

Bathroom Set which includes the following will be provided:

1. Indian / Western Commode.

2. Wall mixture.

3. Shower.

4. Alfa set.

5. Taps.

Overhead Tank (2 No's) of Duracon Brand will be used of capacity 1000 liters each.

Railing: SS Railing of JINDAL Steels (18 gauge) will be provided as follows:

1. Steps.

2. Balcony.

3. Elevation.

Flooring: A choice of Granite/Vitrified Tiles will be provided to the user.

Painting: Internal and External paints will be provided with Asian paints, details as follows:

1. Luppam Finish (Birla White putty) of two coats will be provided on internal and external walls
including Elevation.

2. A choice to use Texture/Paint on the Elevation is provided to the user.

3. All Internal walls will be painted with Asian paints Tractor emulsion - 2 Coats.

4. All External walls will be painted with Asian paints APEX coating - 2 Coats.

5. All the Main doors and frames will be provided with Wood Polish

Electric work: Electric points, switches and Boards will be provided as per Engineer's/Arcitecht plan,
material details as Follows:

1. Cable: Finolex
2. Swittches and Sockets: Anchor penta

3. Fan Rods will be provided in each room.

4. Slab: Sudhakar pipes and Boxes.

Cement: Ultratech/ Jaypee/ Birla

Steel: Shree/Dhanlakshmi.

Sand: Sand to be used as Follows:

Structure and Brick work: River sand.

Flooring: Robo Sand.

Elevation: As per engineers plan and color combination will be used as per engineers

Fabrication Work: Fabrication for Iron will be done with a coat of Red-oxide for the following:

1. Main gate.
2. . Window grills.

Costing:

Bathroom Set: Following included in bathroom set.
