Based on your recent application for the ​Xen.ai Student Ambassador Program and in reference
to our discussions with you, ​Xen.ai​ would like to engage you as Student Ambassador of Xen.ai !

Please review the following terms for the Xen.ai Student Ambassador Program (SAP). If you
accept these terms then please sign this acceptance letter and email the photograph of the last
page of this document to ​support@xen.ai along with the requested information and the
documents below. Once we receive these documents Xen.ai team will call you to advise you the
next steps.

Terms for the Xen.ai Student Ambassador Program:

1. Main objectives of this program:

a. Xen.ai’s goal is to offer world class training, internship, research and
development (R&D) programs to the students at a very affordable cost to help
them improve their skills and to help them get great career opportunities in the
Machine Learning, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence domains.
b. With Xen.ai Student Ambassador Program (SAP), Xen.ai will work with selected
student ambassador to promote Xen.ai training and internship programs in the
campus.

2. Main expectations from you:

a. Represent Xen.ai and do the activities in your campus in accordance to Xen.ai’s
vision and goals.
b. Plan and arrange activities such as seminars, workshops in the topics such as
Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and other topics
suggested by Xen.ai.
c. Attend the seminars and workshops arranged by Xen.ai
d. Refer students from your campus and encourage them to sign up for Xen.ai’s
seminars, workshops, internship program and other activities
e. We encourage you to attend and complete the Xen.ai’s ​3 months internship
program
f. Do social media promotional activities to promote Xen.ai’s events and programs.
g. Plan and host tech events on campus
h. Provide Xen.ai project demonstrations for the campus community
i. Develop campus-specific marketing and outreach campaigns
j. Collect feedbacks and share new ideas from the college community with the
company

3. Your rewards:

and internship programs for free of cost, this will help you enhance your
knowledge on cutting edge technologies like AI, ML & Data Science and open up

steps by attending a complimentary course from Xen.ai - Module 1: Python for
Machine Learning for our upcoming 3 Months Internship Program.
(Complimentary course cannot be reimbursed or shared/transferred)
c. You will get opportunities to work with the great mentors from Xen team doing
various real life application R&D, proof of concept (POC) and internship projects.
d. You will receive financial incentives (approximately 3% to 5% of the revenue
from training, seminars, workshops and internship activities that you help
generate) for doing successful student references.
e. You will be eligible for a point based reward system based on your student
referrals for the seminar, workshop and internship programs. You will receive the
details of this point based reward system once we implement it.
f. Selected student ambassadors may get the opportunity to work as a co-trainer
for delivering workshops & seminars on ML, AI & Data Science.
g. You will be honored with a certificate of recommendation and a digital badge of
recognition.

4. Documents that we need from you:

a. Send one email to ​support@xen.ai​ with the following items:
i. Photograph of the completed & signed acceptance letter’s last page
(page 5 )
ii. Photograph of your college ID card
iii. Photograph of any Government ID proof with Photo (PAN/ Aadhar/Driving
License)

5. Next steps that you can do:

a. Visit ​Xen.ai​ website and be familiar with Xen.ai’s programs and projects

you may have and discuss your activity plans in your campus

c. Register for the upcoming free weekly seminar from:
https://xen.ai/event/4/free-seminar​ and attend the free seminar session. This is
mandatory for all student ambassadors.
d. Join the Xen.ai Whatsapp, Telegram groups and actively participate in the
discussions and post relevant messages.
e. Do social media marketing activities in Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc and
promote Xen.ai events and programs.
f. Read Xen.ai blogs at ​https://xen.ai/blog/​ and contribute creating blog posts.
g. Plan and organize student membership drives within your campus. Please
contact your Xen.ai representative Naveen at +91 79944 28133 for details.
h. Arrange the AI,ML, Data Science related seminars in your college. Invite Xen.ai
team to help deliver these seminars.
i. Arrange the workshops in your college. Invite Xen.ai teams to help deliver these
workshops.
j. We encourage you to register for the 3 months internship program from
https://xen.ai/programs/2/data-science-and-machine-learning-internship
k. Refer other students to join for the 3 months internship program

6. Terms

By signing this acceptance letter, I declare that I will not engage myself in any activity
representing Xen.ai in the Campus without prior written consent from Xen.ai. I will not use the
name of Xen.ai for any personal monetary benefit within or outside campus. By signing the
letter, I declare that my university/ college is completely aware of my commitment with Xen.ai
and they have no objections with the ‘Student Ambassadors Program of Xen.ai’. I will not
misuse or exploit the marketing resources (like Stickers, Company logo, T-Shirts or any other
goodies) provided by Xen.ai. I will not share the training materials and contents that I received
from Xen.ai with anyone else, post or distribute online or offline in any manner or form without
getting written permission from Xen.ai. If any undesirable activity offending Xen.ai’s reputation is
observed from my side, Xen.ai has got complete power to terminate my relationship with Xen.ai
and to take legal action against me. I take complete responsibility to guide students in my
campus to be aware of Xen.ai’s activities and promote the vision of the company in the campus
with honest commitment.

Company Inventions - Student Ambassador has no right or interest in any work or product
resulting from the Services the Student Ambassador performs for the Xen.ai (Company), or any
of the documents, reports, or other materials the Student Ambassador creates in connection
with those Services , and has no right to or interest in any copyright to the Company Inventions.
The Company Inventions have been specially commissioned or ordered by the Company as
“works made-for-hire,” and the Company is therefore the author and the owner of all copyrights
in the Company Inventions.

Confidential Information - Student Ambassador may have access to or receive certain

information of or about the Company that the Company designates as confidential or that, under
the circumstances surrounding disclosure, ought to be treated as confidential by the Student
Ambassador (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes information relating
to the Company or its current or proposed business, financial statements, budgets and
projections, customer identifying information, potential and intended customers, employers,
products, computer programs, specifications, manuals, software, analyses, strategies,
marketing plans, business plans, and other confidential information, provided orally, in writing,
by drawings, or by any other media. The Student Ambassador will treat the Confidential
Information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party or use it for any purpose but
to fulfill its obligations in this agreement. In addition, the Student Ambassador shall use due care
and diligence to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of such information. In addition,
while Student Ambassador render services to the company, Student Ambassador will not assist
any person or entity in competing with the Company, in preparing to compete with the Company
or in hiring any employees or Student Ambassadors of the Company.

Obligation to Maintain Confidentiality - At all times during its work with the Company, the
Student Ambassador shall hold in strictest confidence, and not use, except for the benefit of the
Company, or to disclose to any person, firm, or corporation without the prior written
authorization from the Company, any of the Company’s Confidential Information.

Duration of this engagement - This student ambassador engagement is for one year. Initial 3
months would be the probation period. Based on your performance and mutual interest we can
decide to continue this engagement. Xen.ai and you have the right to cancel this relationship
and engagement at any point of time by giving one week’s written notice via email.
