educational training institute set up by National Finance Company S.A.O.G to impart quality
education to individuals. Our training centres are fully techno-savvy with state of art, audio-
visual classrooms with 24 X 7 Internet connectivity.

4 ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

4.1 Overview

Business Leaders Programme (BLP) is a 12 month intensive Executive level programme which combines
theoretical coursework and more job assignments, interactive seminars, Case studies and Project work
that equip the candidate with exceptional management and leadership skills. The programme is aimed
at developing Quality Management Professionals who will absorbed by our Esteemed Client Companies
as Team Leaders on completion of the programme.

4.2 Structure

The Business Leaders Programme (BLP) comprises of three modules of 4 months each with
specializations in Finance, Human Resouces and Business Development (Marketing and Sales). During
the first month of the programme, the candidate will attend classes full time(Monday to Friday) to
complete the fundamental courses as part of the induction process. Once the induction process is
completed, the classes will be held twice a week (10 AM to 5PM on Fridays and Saturdays) with Sunday
as holiday throughout the programme.

On other week days (Monday to Thursday), Candidates will work in assigned business units of our
Esteemed Client Companies as part of the internship with stipend of Rs. 18000 for the first six months
and Rs. 25000 for the next 6 months.

After Successful Completion of the programme candidates will be absorbed by assigned Client Company
at attractive package of minimum 7.25 Lakhs per annum and maximum 8.90 Lakhs per annum
depending upon overall performance.

4.3 Faculty

The programme will be conducted by the best and experienced faculty handpicked from the top
business schools along with our senior professionals and industry experts.

4.4 Programme Location

The Training Programmes will be conducted in India across five locations viz… Delhi, Mumbai,
Hyderabad, Chennai, Banglore and Jaipur. However admitted candidates will have to make their own
arrangements for accommodation and other conveyance in the respective cities where the candidates
choose to pursue the programme.

Note:
Once the candidate choose the location for the training programme out of any 1 of 5 available, he
/she will not be allowed to change the programme location.

4.5 Programme Intake Capacity

The intake for the inaugural batch does not have any specific seats in numbers; it depends on the
Management to select appropriate performing candidates.

5 BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAMME

5.1 Life as a Trainee

We believe that development is accomplished through continuous challenges, so as a trainee you would
be encouraged to accept new challenges and meet them head on with live team building exercises with
leadership traits. In this programme there will be a combination of candidates from diverse academic
backgrounds and functional expertise, where in a team you will experience a unique personal and

5.2 Fees

We do not charge any course fees for the programme, Instead candidates will be paid Stipend
Rs. 18,ooo for first six months and Rs. 25,000 for the next of 6 months.

5.3 Package

On successful completion of the programme, candidate will be absorbed as Team Leaders across various
business units with our Esteemed Clients at attractive market related compensation with a minimum
7.25 Lakhs per annum and maximum Rs. 8.90 Lakhs per annum depending upon overall performance.

9 Application Process

The Application Process is made very simple comprising of Two Steps

Step 1

• Download the Application Form (Candidate Application Profile Sheet) from the Website.

• Take printout of it & fill the details completely in black ink.

• Attach necessary documents with two recent colour passport size photographs.

• Enclose Non Refundable Application Fee of Rs. 1000 (Rs. One Thousand only) in form of Demand Draft only (No
Personal Cheques allowed) from any Nationalized or Private Bank, favoring
“NATIONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE” Payable at Delhi.

• Send all these documents (Duly filled Application, Enclosures, and Demand Draft) in an sealed Envelope by Courier or
ordinary post to

10 Selection Process

After receiving applications, short listing process will be done only on the basis of Candidate Application Profile Sheet (CAPS)
and only short listed Candidates as CAPS will be further notified by emails about the further process of Aptitude Test, Group
Discussions & Personal Interviews.

11 Details of Aptitude Test

The Aptitude test will be held on Sunday 9th January 2011 from 11:30 am-1:30pm at selected locations in India.

Aptitude Test Pattern.Quantitative Ability 40 marks


Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning & Verbal Ability 40 marks
Analytical & Logical Reasoning 70 marks
Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency 50 marks
Total 200 marks

There will be no Negative Marking in the aptitude test. But there may be sectional cut offs, which will be used in further short
listing candidates for Group Discussion & Personal Interviews (GD/PI) rounds

Q. What is the course fee?

A. National Group does not charge any course fees for the programme apart from the application fees of
Rs. 1000/- by DD in favour of “National Training And Development Centre” payable at Delhi.

Q. Why does the company charge Rs. 1000/- as application fees amount?

A. We can also make this application free of cost but what will happen that those people who are not
genuinely interested in the programme, will also apply which makes the selection process very time
consuming which is not in favor of the company neither the Deserving Candidates as they would facing
unnecessary competition for which they have to strive towards their selection into the programmes, So
we charge a very nominal amount of Rs.1000/- as one time application fee so that only seriously
interested candidates apply to the programme.

Q. I am an MBA/CA/CFA already. Can I apply? Will I get some exemption from the entrance (Aptitude)
test?

A. You can apply. However, you will have to appear for the Aptitude Test. There are no exemptions.

Q. I am an MBA/CA/CFA already. Will I get some exemptions in the subjects & what are the
specializations available?

A. No, all the subjects in the programme are compulsory and no exemption will be offered to anybody
belonging to any stream and there are three specializations available viz… Finance, HR and Marketing.

Q. I am a graduate / post graduate working as Executive in XYZ Company. Can I apply for
Business Leaders Programme?

A. Yes, you can apply but you must have minimum experience of 3 years at Executive/
Supervisory Level.

Q. What are the benefits of joining this programme? Who are the faculties for the
programme?

A. There are various benefits, for which we suggest you to go through the Information Brochure
available on the Company Website. And The Programme will be conducted by the best and

Q. Is there any chance of getting a job in other companies apart from your Esteemed
Client Companies after the programme?

A. Yes, you can definitely look for job opportunities elsewhere after completion of the
programme.

Q. What exactly would one receive after the completion of the programme, a degree/ diploma or a
Certificate? Is it any way equivalent to a postgraduate programme?

A. We will award you with “National Certified Team Leader” certification on the completion of the
programme. The course is not equivalent to any postgraduate programme since it is not
affiliated to any University or government body.

Q. Do you provide any accommodation in
Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad/Banglore/Jaipur during the programme period?

A. No, you will have to make your own accommodation arrangements in the city where you
choose to do your course.

Q. What are expenses for the course?

A. National Group does not charge any course fees for the programme. The only expense for the intern
would be his/her living expenses, travel & accommodation expenses.

Q. Can I apply for both Management Training Programme (MTP) & Business Leadership Programme
(BLP) individually?

A. No, you can apply for any 1 programme.

Q. Is Laptop Compulsory for the programme?

A. Laptops are not compulsory; our training centres are fully techno savvy where we have computer lab
& Internet connectivity 24 X 7, if you can bring laptops its well and good.
