These are the Terms of Sale & Terms of Use that apply between you and public known
developer/programmer KG (Also known as K.G, KG-971, K.G 971 etc.), referred here as "KG"
or "he", when you purchase an application or editing service from him.
Applications are referred as "S.E" which stands for Save Editor or Trainer, Editing Services is
referred as "E.S" which stands for editing services. “SE/ES” stands for “Save Editor/Trainer
and/or Editing Service”.
For some S.E and E.S, Additional terms may be included in an Additional Terms Part included
at the bottom of these Terms before the purchase link.
If there is a conflict between the Additional Terms and the remainder of the Terms, the terms in
the Additional Terms will apply for that conflict.

Please read the Terms carefully. By ordering or purchasing a S.E and/or E.S you are agreeing to
these Terms.
If you do not understand the Terms of sale and use, or do not accept any part of them, please do
not purchase a S.E and/or E.S.

• Price
The price is the one indicated on the PayPal page link you will be.
What you are buying is access to one of the SE/ES. Subscription is monthly. You pay a
little amount to use the editor for one month, after one month your subscription is renewed,
unless you stop it beforehand.
The price near the application’s link is for information purpose. If there is a conflict
between the price in these terms and the price on the PayPal page then the PayPal page
price will apply. The links are at the end of these terms.

• Withdrawal
Because it's not a material product, but an online product (virtual), you don't have a right of
withdrawal after you have bought the SE/ES and if it has already been sent. Thus, you will
not be illegible for a refund.

Note that a month started can't be cancelled because access is granted to you for a whole
month to the SE/ES at the very moment the payment was renewed. You have to stop your
subscription before renewal if you don’t want to use the SE/ES anymore.
 • Delivery
You will be able to download the tool in the Next 48h, after you have bought it. Which means
the SE/ES will be sent to you within 48 hours MAX to the email address you bought the
product with. If you don’t want the SE/ES to be sent to this email, then notify KG in the
customer comment text field.

If you still didn't receive the product within 48h:

- Make sure to check your spam box,
- Look at your pending information on the PayPal delivery (It is possible that KG can't email
the tool to you because of your email, and you will have to give him another email address)
- Last thing is he may have some issue outside of internet, which is out of his hands
(travel, absence, work).
You have the right to ask for a refund, but it would be appreciated if you email him before you
take any action, as it may be just some misunderstanding.
KG always delivers on time, if you didn't receive it, He might have a good reason.

• Product
Features of the SE/ES are described in its video, and/or in the blog post. You
always need to be connected to Internet in order to use the S.E. Also, you need
to make sure for what console it is available, and what type of support.
Support: can be Full (you can mod you own save) or can be partial (retail consoles owners
can't mod their own saves, they will have a starter-save to edit). Specific game details on the
support may be added.
Console: can be Retail or CFW PS3, Retail Xbox 360, PC, Retail PS4 or all four.

Warranty: Due to unknown status of the servers’ future availability, access is guaranteed for
one year (for one time flat fee customers) or one month (for subscribers). This is to prevent
any Server issues.

You agree with the fact that you are buying access during the paid subscription month or
indefinitely for one time flat fee customers, to the original S.E.exe application only (not a
library file, extension or .dll) as a license for personal, private and OFFLINE (gaming) use
only. You are buying one license, so this .exe application is for ONE computer only. As for
Editing Services stands for ONE edition of only ONE game save.

PS3 Version: You are not buying pfdtool.exe. It is property of @flat_z, and is in no way
affiliated with the S.E. It is an external application used BY the S.E. It is not part of it. If any
doubts remains, KG has authorization from the author to use the tool. Win 7/8.1 is
recommended to use the tool.
Credit for decryption and encryption of the save goes to @flat_z. Thanks to him.
PS3 Trainers:
You are not buying CCAPI.dll or any of its related pkgs or dlls. It is made by Enstone and
Team MFT, all of this was downloaded free from their website.
PS4 Version: You need a paid third party application to decrypt/encrypt the PS4 saves, to
use the editors available for PS4.
The application is called “Save Wizard for PS4” or “Save Wizard for PS4 MAX”. It is a
great program that can edit PS4 game-saves. However there is still the need of advanced save
editors that offer advanced mods that this third party software does not provide.
KG is in no way affiliated to this software or its owners (read the legal disclaimer for
further details on how the editors don't touch this third party software).
However you need to be on a specific version of this software to be able to use the PS4 save
editors, as well as a specific PS4 firmware. The compatible versions can be seen [HERE].
Make sure both PS4 firmware and Third party software versions are the same as the one
stated on the page, because no refund will be granted if it’s not.
As you need this third party software to use the PS4 save editors, there are requirements
coming with it that need to be fulfilled. Taken from their website:

Requirements
 A computer running a 32bit or 64bit version of one of the following: Windows 7 or
Windows 10.
 "Copy to USB Storage Device" must be enabled (a PlayStation Network account
may be required to activate this).
 PlayStation 4 running X.xx or below[VERSION HERE]

We recommend that automatic updates to the PlayStation 4 and/or games are turned off as
these could cause compatibility problems with this product.

PS4 TRAINERS: To use the PS4 TRAINERS, you need a PS4 running on a specific
firmware stated [HERE] (or below, but you need to update it to the specified ones).
KG did not reverse engineer the PS4 or any of its components, nor its games. Only publicly
available resources were used.
Payloads and other libs were based of/inspired from works of flat_z, xvortex, CTurt, idc,
iMCSx, bisoon. Although I am not affiliated with any of them.
 • Intellectual Property
You will not use the S.E to mod someone else's save. And you will not share a save edited
with the S.E.
You won't share the S.E, you won't distribute it, and you won't earn money from it. If
you do, you won't be able to use it anymore, you will not be refunded, and KG will
not have any future business contact with you.
If you also try to hack in any way possible the S.E, you won't be able to use the S.E
anymore and you won't be refunded.

“YouTubers” (or any video sharing person or entity)

If you upload or show a video of one hack obtained with SE/ES, you need to explicitly credit
KG971 and explicitly link people to the SE/ES video and KG971's YouTube channel.
(Speaking & writing)

• Responsibility
You are responsible for what you use the tool for.
KG won't be responsible for what you use it for. He won't be responsible of your actions, or
what happens to you, your person or representatives, your equipment, or your save.

There is a set of instructions to follow (a tutorial) available in the email sent to you along with
the SE/ES.
You will have to carefully follow these instructions.
One of them being:
“Once you get the S.E.rar or PKG.exe, extract EVERYTHING in one folder. The desktop
is not a folder. If you open the tool from the RAR file, you won't be able to use this editor
again. DO NOT UNINSTALL OR DELETE the hacking tool or its plugins folder unless
you were told to by KG.
If you do, you won't be able to use the editor again. You have been warned. “

If despite all the warnings in these terms, you do something against these rules, the access to
the tool will be removed from you, and you will not be refunded.
You need to fully understand this is a contract between you (the buyer) and KG (the seller). If
you don't respect these terms, KG have legal right to refuse a refund request, and legal right to
restrict access from the product to you.
Example: you violate PSN policy, they ban you. You violate XBL policy, they ban you. You
violate KG971 policy, you are also banned.

KG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to sell his product to someone. In this
case this person will be refunded immediately.
KG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement and these Terms at any
time. A notification will be sent to you if needed for you to accept the new terms. It is only to
forecast any misleading information that may have occurred in a version of the Agreement
and Terms.
 • Additional Terms Part
WWE 2K Games Hacking Tools (WWE 2K14, WWE 2K15, WWE 2K16,
WWE 2K17, WWE 2K18, WWE 2K19)
PaintTool.pt File Modifier Feature:
Sharing of WWE 2K14/2K15 creations is only allowed under the following circumstances:
- Sharing of creations is only permitted using the Community Creation system of WWE
2K14/2K15 Online. You are only allowed to upload CAWs and/or Arenas on the WWE
2K14/2K15 Online server, but not outside of the Game’s server.
- You can’t mod a CAW or Arena using the S.E for someone else and for yourself with
the same license. Either you use it for yourself or for someone else, because the S.E is
for personal use, for one PC. If you want to use it for 2 people, you will have to buy 2
licenses, and so on.
- By uploading a creation with logo included, you swear on your honor that the only
purpose is to share the final creation, and not to just distribute the logo itself.
- You can’t upload a creation for the sole purpose of sharing the logo available in the
latter. You can’t upload a creation with even the slight intention of sharing the logo
imported with the S.E.
If you break even one of the above rules or conditions, or if the intention of only sharing the
modified files is detected, your access to the tool will be instantly removed without refund.
You buy WWE 2K15, WWE 2K16, WWE 2K17, WWE 2K18, WWE 2K19 HTs knowing they
work only for the specified versions stated in their description.

Features like Early Access to pre-orders, future/current dlcs are available only because the
characters are "on disc", meaning the end user already has access to the files (provided by the
company they purchased the game from, like 2K, steam etc..), and no modifications has been
made to those files at all.
I do not give contents or cracks to unlock them.
It seems to me, that since it is "on disc" the user already paid for what is on their disc/digital
download, and so the content sent to them by a company like steam.
Moreover, me being the owner of several Deluxe Editions (which contains every DLCs), this
feature is intended only for people who have these DLCs already purchased by having the
season pass or the Deluxe editions as well.
They shouldn't work for other versions of the game (regular game) if WWE2K/Steam didn't
allow these DLC characters to be on these game versions.
If you nonetheless have a problem with this feature, and own the rights to WWE 2K games, feel
free to contact me so I can remove the feature from the tool.
