To rescind the appropriation made to the Kennedy Center
in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. RESCINDING APPROPRIATION FOR KENNEDY

4 CENTER IN CARES ACT.

5 (a) IN GENERAL.—The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and

6 Economic Security Act is amended by striking the item
7 relating to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Per-
8 forming Arts.
