LEADERSHIP PROFILE
Leadership isn't just leading a group of people through a task or an
idea. Leadership is using your own knowledge and beliefs to help
others learn, grow, and find new ideas and capabilities themselves. A
leader doesn't have to be someone who is comfortable standing in front
of a room of people. A leader is a person who can use even the
smallest conversations to make change or inspire others. Within
schools, it is very important to have teacher leaders. These people help
ask questions, make changes, and build a community within the school
that is accepting and forward thinking.
