Stock Indexes
The short term wave count shown in yesterday's report was obviously wrong.The W.4:5 was not as
shown on yesterday's 240m chart.
The ES made a new high today.If waves 14 of 5 are as shown in the chart below, the maximum
upside should be the 33883391 range which includes the 162% Ext Ret of Waves 4 and 4:5.Must
have a trade tomorrow below 3351.75 or a close below today's close to signal a reversal should be
complete.
Trade Strategy: Bear following a lower close tomorrow or trade below 3351.75.With the weekly
momentums Bear as of the end of last week and the daily momentums DLB OB and a probable
W.5:5 nearing an end, I am only considering short trade strategies.But, any decline should only last
up to 23 weeks before another daily low is made.

Weekly momentums should make a DLB Bear Reversal this week warning a weekly high is less
likely than I anticipated from the 2/6, potential W.4 low.
Today, the daily momentum made a Bear Reversal without having reached the OB zone.A Bearish
sign.
With both the daily and weekly momentums Bear, the immediate trend should continue net Bear
for at least 34 days.
Trade Strategy: Bear as long as the 8..daily momentum is Bear and not OS which is likely for at
leas the next 23 days.

The 8..daily momentums are now Bear and not OS.The immediate trend should be sideways to
down for at least the next 23 days.But the weekly trend should have another 23 weeks of net Bear
trend before a weekly low is complete.
Trade Strategy: Bear as long as the 8..daily momentums are Bear and not OS which is likely for
another 23 days.Any rallies should be corrections in the weekly Bear trend which should have
another 23 weeks to go.

The Euro did not continue to advance following yesterday's daily momentum DLB Bull
Reversal.While a new low was made, it does not void the probability that a weekly low will be
complete this week with the weekly and daily momentums OS or Bull.
Trade Strategy: Bull following a close above the prior day's close which should complete a weekly
low.
