and scaffolds for our students with IEPs. She provides small group support when students need it. I look forward to seeing how she
will address the needs of our advanced learners over the next few weeks.

Sarah lessons are engaging and fun. She has students active in the learning process. She incorporates technology by uploading
assignments in Schoology for students to do. She also provides opportunities for students to engage collaboratively. In addition, she
seeks student feedback from students in order to drive her next steps of instruction. As well as Sarah has progressed, I look forward to
how she will improve her instruction in the future.

In the area of classroom management, Sarah is quiet yet engaging. Her strength is providing a positive atmosphere for students to
learn. She is respectful with all students and listens to them as she greets them in the morning, during morning meetings with them,
and throughout the day. As Sarah becomes
more confident in her ability to command the room, improve in this area.
