& has set the objective of providing an opportunity to all HR individuals, who wish to acquire basic skills on
Core HR practical training under the Sri N.Samba Siva Rao ,payroll software training under Mrs.Sirisha, and
Labour Laws under Sri P.Tirupathi Raju. In this Endeavour it seeks to make available the fundamentals
(practical) knowledge to those who have not been fortunate to undergo full-time training courses at Institutes,
colleges or universities, due to restricted time and course of study. We have successfully completed 150
batches and more than 1200+ candidates (80% HR PROFESSIONALS WITH 3 – 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE &
20% FRESHERS) have been trained so far.

About the faculty of Labour Laws : P. Tirupathi Raju ,who is possessor of


three P.G Degrees (M.A. public admin, PGD Diploma in IRPM and Master of Law) 20 years of industrial
exposure and practicing as Advocate, giving lectures & training on industrial laws to various HR professionals.
He is also associated AP productivity council as their Faculty in Labour Laws.The Indian labour Acts that we
cover in the labour laws training program are as follows.
