1. Introduction

This document analyzes the Hong Kong Protests of 2019 and into the possible involvement of
the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of State Security getting involved and encouraging the
young protesters into making bad moves during August 2019 up until January of 2020 which
has since resulted in the disappearance of up to more than 4,000 + young people who would
eventually see Hong Kong go through the reunification with Mainland China in 2047 which will
mean Hong Kong will be under the control of the Chinese Communist Party. This document will
also discuss why it is a bad idea in Hong Kong to use the Internet including Forums, Instant
Messaging Services like Telegram to coordinate protests as it is vulnerable to being hacked by
Ministry of State Security and the inability by the young protesters to discern the actions of the
Ministry of State Security has led to grave consequences which include being kidnapped and
disappeared or even suicided. This document is not for people who cannot handle graphic
images of dead bodies.

2. The Ministry of State Security

Emblem of the Chinese Communist Party’s Intelligence Agency and Secret Police, the Ministry of
State Security

The Ministry of State Security is an Intelligence Agency of the Chinese Communist Party. It also
functions as Security and is also a Secret Police Agency. The Ministry of State Security was
founded in 1983 from the merger of the CID (Central Investigation Department) and Counter-
Intelligence elements of the Ministry of Public Security.

In March 2009, the Washington interviewed Li Fengzhi who is a former Ministry of State
Security Operative who mentioned the Ministry of State Security was engaged in
counterintelligence, the collection of secrets and technology from other countries and
repressing internal dissent within China. According to Li Fengzhi, the internal repression carried
out by the Ministry of State Security includes nonofficial Christian Churches and the Falun Gong,
the Ministry of Security also carries out the censorship of the internet in Mainland China to
prevent people from finding out what is going on outside of Mainland China. According to Li
Fenghi, the most important mission of the Ministry of State Security is, “to control the Chinese
people to maintain the rule of the Chinese Communist Party”.

The Ministry of State Security is known to spy on the Chinese Diaspora where there are Chinese
people of Hong Kong and Mainland descent who live in Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand,
USA, Canada, UK and etc countries.

The Ministry of State Security is known to be active in Hong Kong when it carried out the
kidnappings of Lee Bo, Gui Minhai, Lui Bo, Cheung Jiping and Lam Wing Kee who were
associated with Causeway Bay Books which was located in Causeway Bay which sold books that
were banned in Mainland China by the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.

It is also now known that the Ministry of State Security was involved in the Hong Kong Protests
and some people are now suspecting they were involved in the hacking of the Internet and

4
Telecommunications Network in Hong Kong during the violent Protests from July 2019 up to
January 2020 were tracking the mobile phones of the young Protesters who have been
potentially kidnapped never to be seen by their parents again up to Mainland China where the
Laogai which are known to be force Labor camps are located or killed by being thrown off the
buildings in Hong Kong.

It is also known during the violent protests, the Ministry of State Security had hacked the Hong
Kong Internet and Telecommunications network to track the locations or movements of the
young Protesters which the Ministry of State Security could have used to determine whether to
allow the Protester to live or kidnap or eliminate them.

3. The Anti-Extradition Protests of 2019

The Protests which started around from March to June was generally peaceful. It was provoked
by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Government who is Carrie Lam. Had the Extradition bill
been passed. This could have allowed Hong Kong citizens be extradited up to Mainland China.
But the Extradition bill started because Chan Tong-Kai who was on vacation in Taiwan
murdered his girlfriend who was pregnant at the time. Because of the involvement of the
Chinese Communist Party with the Extradition Bill, this worried a lot of people as the Chinese
Communist Party has stated there were at least 300 Fugitives that it wants to extradite back.

In reality, the Chinese Communist Party does not care about the Extradition Bill as in the past, it
has used it’s intelligence agency which is the Ministry of State Security which also functions as
the Secret Police was sent to Causeway Bay Bookstore to kidnap Gui Minhai, Lee Bo, Lam Wing
Kee and other individuals who were involved with the bookshop. Later on they were seen on
Chinese State Television pleading with their families and relatives not to look for them as they
had crossed into Mainland China on their own decision. Gui Minhai’s appearance on Chinese
State Television was obviously scripted where he confessed for his so-called crimes, his facial
expressions does obviously show that he was coerced. This could very well be the work of the
Agents of the Ministry of State Security.

In 2017, the Ministry of State Security was in Hong Kong again, this time they were involved in
the kidnapping of Xiao Jianhua who is a Chinese Canadian businessman and is known to
manage assets for members of China’s Crown Prince Party. Xiao Jianhua is known to be a
member of the Chinese Communist Party. According to a report, orders for the detention of
Xiao Jianhua were given in 2013 and contacts within the Chinese government had informed him
first and eventually Xiao Jianhua fled to Hong Kong where he resided at the Four Seasons Hotel.
On January 28 2017 during the Chinese New Year, Xiao Jianhua was taken from his room
allegedly by Chinese Security Officers who could be Ministry of State Security Agents and taken
back up to Mainland China.

Because of the actions from Causeway Bay Books and the kidnapping of Xiao Jianhua from the
Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong, this worried people that if the Extradition Bill was passed.
China could extradite who it wants on false or made up charges or crimes. But in reality the
Chinese Communist Party does not care about the Extradition Bill as it has demonstrated it can
kidnap whoever they want from Hong Kong by using its agents from the Ministry of State
Security

4. Vulnerabilities of Forums and Instant Messaging Services

During the Hong Kong Protests when it was most violent, the Protesters used instant
messenger programs like Telegram and internet forums like LIHKG and social media like Twitter
to coordinate each other.

In August 2019, a vulnerability was discovered by the Protesters who used Telegram warned a
vulnerability was discovered which would allow the Ministry of State Security to discover the
identity of the Protesters. Telegram eventually fixed the vulnerability.

Before we go further into the document we must define in Information Security what a
vulnerability is. In the Information Security world, a vulnerability is a weakness which can be
exploited.

Even though Telegram fixed the vulnerability that was discovered by the Protesters. The
Ministry of State Security still had other means of locating and tracking the Protesters. A
famous forum that the Protesters used to coordinate each other is known as LIHKG. This forum
was used to host schedules of Protests usually up to a week in advance.

As early as September, when it was suspected LIHKG was attacked or hacked by the likes of the
Ministry of State Security. The chances are that the agents of the Ministry of State Security
would have managed to get identities of the users of the forum and even where they reside in
Hong Kong as the registration is restricted to people who live in Hong Kong with a ISP based in
Hong Kong or an institution of higher education email address located in Hong Kong. People are
in fact now suspecting and some are warning on social media that the hacking attempts by the
Ministry of State Security on LIHKG were attempts to takeover the forum and control the
protest and this has lead the author of the document to conclude that a lot of Hong Kong
Protesters at the LIHKG forums had no clue that their Protest marches were being organized by
the Ministry of State Security and when they went out to the Protest gatherings, many
Protesters had no clue that some of the people within their movement could potentially be
Ministry of State Agents who turned up as Protesters to identify them whether they should live,
be disappeared or even eliminated.

People are now questioning the events after August whether it was organized by the protesters
themselves or was it organized by the Ministry of State Agents who have hacked into the LIHKG
forums and have successfully taken over and the voting process was already in the control of
Ministry of State Security Agents who were running LIHKG from behind the scenes.

A typical example of Protest Schedule from LIHKG

8
Another means of identifying Protesters which can be done is that the Agents of the Ministry of
State Security can carry out is by hacking the telecommunications network in Hong Kong and
tracking the mobile phones of the Protesters. This allows the Ministry of State Security Agents

9
to get the identity of the Protester, the location of the protester and even where the protester
lives. The opinion of the Author is if the Ministry of State Security is tracking a Protesters mobile
phone, it is a precursor to being disappeared up to Mainland China or being killed as well.

From the information presented above, the author is going to state that it is a terrible idea to
use internet forums, social media and even instant messaging services like Telegram to
coordinate each other or even let alone to organize protest events as what was shown in the
Hong Kong Protests. The Ministry of State Security at first opportunity will takeover a internet
forum which is being used by Hong Kong Protesters to coordinate each other and even
exploiting vulnerabilities found in instant messaging which were used to identify the Protesters.
Even though Telegram fixes a vulnerability that was discovered by Protesters, the Ministry of
State Security still has other methods of identifying Protesters.

A Twitter poster warning the Voting Process on LIHKG was hacked since August

Because the Protesters failed to discern that the Ministry of State Security were already
organizing their events and at the events they attended were identifying the Protesters, this
eventually led to grave consequences where Protesters were found dead and at least 1 parent
of a Protester who was interviewed on Hong Kong Television was also found dead. Because the
Protesters failed to notice that the Ministry of State Security was already running their Protests,
action should have been taken to warn the Protesters that they were being identified by the
Ministry of State Security and that they should stop attending anymore organized protests in
the Schedules hosted by the likes of the LIHKG Internet forum. It is even now suspected that
the daily protest marches that take place during lunch time in Hong Kong have been used by
Ministry of State Security Agents to identify people who are against the Chinese Communist
Party and whether to determine they should be allowed to live, disappeared or kidnapped.

5. Dead Bodies start turning up, is it the work of Hong Kong Police?

On 22 September 2019, a 15 year old girl by the name of Chan Yin-Lam whose corpse was
recovered from the sea near Yau Tong. Chan Yin-Lam was last seen at Mei Foo on 19 September
2019 when she was separated from her friends and sent a message to her friends stating that
she was going home.

After her death, conspiracy theories surfaced on social media that the Hong Kong Police and
Government murdered Chan Yin-Lam for participating in the protests. However the Hong Kong
Police denied the allegations and responded by confirming that Chan Yin-Lam had not been
arrested during the protests.

Fueled by conspiracy theories, students from Youth College and Hong Kong Design Institute in
Tiu Keng Leng where Chan Yin-Lam was a student demanded the release of the CCTV Footage
taken on the evening of 19 September where Chan Yin-Lam was seen before she died. Even
though 30 minutes of the footage was made available, the students were left dissatisfied with
the partial footage. The students eventually demanded the release of the whole footage.

12
According to the footage from Youth College which she attended, Chan Yin-Lam left the campus
barefoot and walked towards the waterfront near Tseung Kwan O. Two days later, Chan Yin-
Lam was reported missing.

In this section, the author will put forward a possible theory or speculation which is now also
being heavily discussed by Hong Kong people who post on Twitter on the final moments of
Chan Yin-Lam. When Chan Yin-Lam was walking towards the waterfront near Tseung Kwan O,
she could have very well been tracked by Ministry of State Security Agents who were operating
in the area and when they finally caught her, the Ministry of State Security Agents who were
possibly in the Tseung Kwan O area were looking for Protesters who they could either kidnap or
eliminate. For Chan Yin-Lam, it was unfortunate that the Ministry of State Security had
determined her fate. After the agents of the Ministry of State Security managed to kill Chan Yin-
Lam, they disposed her body at the waterfront near Tseung Kwan O and possibly the dead body
of Chan Yin-Lam was carried by the current down to Devil’s Peak near Yau Tong.

On 17 October, Ho Pui-Yee who is the mother of the deceased Chan Yin-Lam was interviewed

13
on TVB a local television channel in Hong Kong. Ho Pui-Yee said that after looking through the
CCTV footage, she was satisfied Chan Yin-Lam’s death was suicide. An autopsy had also been
carried out on the body of Chan Yin-Lam and it was stated there were no lacerations or
contusions on her body and no sign of sexual assault which led to the Hong Kong Police saying
the death was not suspicious.

Ho Pui-Yee pleaded with the general public to end the speculation.

Even though more videos of Chan Yin-Lam had been released, the story from Ho Pui-Yee that
her daughter had walked to the Tseung Kwan O waterfront to commit suicide, there were
people who doubted that Chan Yin-Lam committed suicide. A political activist who knew Chan
Yin-Lam’s brother casted doubt that Chan Yin-Lam had committed suicide by drowning in the
sea because Chan Yin-Lam was an award-winning swimmer. Another retired coroner by the
name of Philip Beh also doubted that Chan Yin-Lam had committed suicide by drowning in the
sea. Beh’s opinion was that the circumstance of the discovery and cremation of Chan Yin-Lam’s
naked body was suspicious.

Many people who doubt that Chan Yin-Lam who committed suicide by drowning in the sea near
the Tseung Kwan O waterfront believe while Chan Yin-Lam was walking towards the Tseung
Kwan O waterfront, she encountered Ministry of State Security Agents who murdered her and
dumped her corpse at the Tseung Kwan O waterfront which would later be spotted near Devil’s
Peak at Yau Tong.

On 12 November 2019, Ho Pui-Yee, the mother of Chan Yin-Lam was found dead at Tin Shui
Wai and the corpse was wrapped up in a rubbish bag, warning graphic photo below.

The death of Chan Yin-Lam’s mother has also been suspected to be carried out by Ministry of

14
State Security Agents after she spoke to TVB in regards to her daughter, in a later section, the
author will discuss why after Ho Pui-Yee’s death not family members or parents of the missing
Protesters have dared to go on Television to speak about their missing sons or daughters who
took part in the Protests.

On November 2019, another suspected killing carried out by Ministry of State Security Agents
would be carried out in Tseung Kwan O, the same suburb where Chan Yin-Lam disappeared and
later found dead.

On November 4 2019, Chow Tsz-Lok a 22 year old from the Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology fell from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor in Sheung Tak car park in Tseung Kwan O.

On November 4, when Chow Tsz-Lok was found on the 2nd floor of Sheung Tak car park, he had
fallen head first. Nearby the Police was having a confrontation with the Protesters when Chow
Tsz-Lok fell from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor head first. According to CNN, there were no
indications that Chow was involved with the nearby protest. The Standard, an Hong Kong
newspaper reported that it was an accidental fall. There is CCTV footage of Chow Tsz-Lok while
he was in the Sheung Tak car park.

The CCTV footage showed that Chow was alone as he wandered inside the car park and on a
connecting footbridge from 0:26 to 01:02 when he was last seen before the fall as he was
walking upwards to the third floor. In the time frame reconstructed from the footage, Chow was
located in the Beverly Garden shopping centre at 00:19 and 00:23, on the connecting footbridge
at 00:26 as he entered the car park, in the car park at 00:38, 00:44, 00:45, 00:47 and 00:49, on
the same footbridge again from 01:00 to 01:01 as he walked towards Beverly Garden and then
returned to the car park, and in the car park again at 01:02. The fall itself was not captured in
the footage due to the operational camera rotations and parked vehicles blocking the view.

As reported in the Time, it was initially unclear whether or not the tear gas, fired near the car
park where protesters and officers clashed, played a role in Chow's fall. The police said that they

15
deployed tear gas in the area near the car park from 00:41 to 00:57. CNN reported the location
where the police shot tear gas as the area between the Sheung Tak Plaza and Sheung Tak car
park, starting from the junction along a part of the Tong Chun Street, which is on the opposite
side of the building and parallel to the building's length about 120 metres away from the spot
where Chow fell. The South China Morning Post reported that the area where the police fired
tear gas and other ammunition was the junction of Tong Ming Street and Tong Chun Street,
which is on the opposite side of the car park and about 160 metres away from the spot where
Chow fell. In The New York Times, citing the security footage released by the building owner Link
REIT, it was reported that there was no police presence or significant amounts of tear gas inside
the parking garage in the moments before Chow fell.

(Death of Chow Tsz-lok, n.d.), retrieved from

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Chow_Tsz-lok

According to Twitter user waisingrin (Wai Sing Rin), posted a twitter with screenshots from a
footage of the final moments of Chow Tsz-Lok before he died. Chow Tsz-Lok was possibly seen
with Ministry of State Security Agents

Before Chow Tsz-Lok was dropped from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor, the Ministry of State
Security Agents who were in the Sheung Tak car park severely beaten Chow Tsz-Lok to near
death and by throwing Chow Tsz-Lok head first from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor in the Sheung
Tak car park, it was to cover up the beating. There is a CT scan of Chow Tsz-Lok after he died
which shows his brain was essentially swollen, multiple internal bleeding, right brain pushed to
the left and alignment of white and grey matter no longer clear. According twitter user
waisingrin, an fall impact would not do that and there are now suspicions that before Chow Tsz-
Lok fell, the Ministry of State Security Agents beat him up and dumped the dying Chow Tsz-Lok
from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor head first. CCTV footage of the moment that Chow Tsz-Lok fell
does not exist as the owners of Sheung Tak car park (REIT properties) have stated that the fall
could not be captured due to operational camera rotations and parked vehicles blocking the
view. The Hong Kong Police carried out an investigation of its own based on the footage handed
over footage from 30 different camera’s, the conclusion of their investigation concluded Chow
Tsz-Lok could not have been pushed by Police Officers as they entered the Sheung Tak car park

16
after he had fallen head first from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor.

According to waisingrin the intentions of the Ministry of State Security in regards to Chow Tsz-
Lok is to kill him, not let him live and his fate was already determined on the night when he fell
from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor head first in the Sheung Tak car park.

As we come close to the end of this section the author is skeptical of whether the Hong Kong
Police killed Chan Yin-Lam, Ho Pui-Yee and Chow Tsz-Lok. At the date of the writing of this

18
report, more dead bodies of people who have taken part in the Hong Kong Protests have been
recovered by Hong Kong Police, the number of protesters being found dead is increasing.

6. The Sieges at CUHK, HKBU and other Universities in Hong Kong

After the death of Chow Tsz-Lok, the Protesters eventually fell back to the City University of
Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Polytech University and other universities
in Hong Kong.

On November 11 the Protesters began throwing objects at the East Rail Line near the Tolo
Highway. The protesters also were using incendiary bombs and afterwards the City University
of Hong Kong announced suspension of all classes. The Hong Kong Police responded by
deploying tear gas into the University campus.

On November 12, the second day of the conflict, the Protesters threw more objects at the East
Rail Line and the Tolo Highway. At 7 am, the Hong Kong Police began a stand off with the
protesters who attempted to prevent the Hong Kong Police from clearing the roadblocks set on
the bridge. In the evening, after the Police retreated, Rocky Tuan the chancellor of the City
University of Hong Kong in an attempt to deescalate the situation and attempted to negotiate
with the Police, students also demanded to Police to release the arrested students. Around 7:30
pm the Police resumed the deployment of tear gas and the protesters responded by throwing
petrol bombs. At 10 pm the Police retreated.

On the 13th – 14th of November other protesters delivered supplies and the protesters at City
University of Hong Kong, at the same time protesters at Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong
Kong Polytech University and other universities in Hong Kong turned them into strongholds for
battle against the Hong Kong Police. On the same day, the Hong Kong Police sent a boat to
evacuate the Mainland Chinese students from City University of Hong Kong and the Taiwan
Government evacuated its students as well.

On 15 November Protesters held a conference at 3 am saying they will only reopen 1 lane in
each direction and demanded and on the evening the Protesters started leaving the campus.

2 days after, the Siege of the Hong Kong Polytech University started. On the 17 th of November,
some people were trying to clear roadblocks near Austin Rd and Chatham Rd. While clearing up
the roadblocks, the Protesters blocked the people from clearing the roadblocks.

On the 19th of November to 27th of November, the Riot Police trapped the Protesters as the
stand off continued, there were Protesters who tried to leave but were blocked by the Police
from escaping. Some of the Protesters were surrendered to the Police.

Even though the University Siege in Hong Kong took place, there have been instances where
young people have been reported as missing and according to Hong Kong people who post on

20
Twitter, there is a good chance that during the University siege, the Ministry of State Security
had hacked LIHKG in early August and may have succeeded in taking over the forum as a twitter
use by the name of waisingrin believes that the protesters were baited on LIHKG by Ministry of
State Security agents who was in control of the forum into carrying out the siege at City
University of Hong Kong and Polytech University of Hong Kong.

This was not the first time that the Ministry of State Security had organized a event like the City
University of Hong Kong siege and Hong Kong Polytech University siege where young people
either ended up missing. According to Waisingrin, the event at the Hong Kong International
Airport where the Protesters shut down the airport was also organized by the Ministry of State
Security after it had hacked or taken over the LIHKG forums.

Unfortunately, those that took part in the University siege in Hong Kong did not realize that
their mobile phones were already being tracked by the Ministry of State of State Security who
had already hacked the Hong Kong Telecommunications network since August. Little did the
young protesters know, their name, their address including name of parents had already ended
up on the Ministry of State Security database where their fate was already being determined
whether they would live or be kidnapped/taken to the Laogai Forced Labor camps in Mainland
China or they would be killed by Ministry of State Security Agents by being dropped of the
building. Little did the Protesters know that the Instant Messaging services they used to
coordinate each other had already been hacked by the Ministry of State Security. Also it is
known that there are Protesters who are unaccounted for and have been marked as
disappeared, according to the Hong Kong Protesters missing person’s groups on Facebook,
there are at least 1,400 young people missing after the City University of Hong Kong and Hong

Kong Polytech University Siege.

22
7. So, who was carrying out the violence within the Protest Movement?

During the start of the violent Hong Kong Protests starting from August, it was well known to be
very violent where Protesters were resorting to violent tactics. It is now well known that the
Hong Kong Protest Movement was in fact infiltrated by Ministry of State Security Agents who
were posing as the Protesters. Unfortunately for the young protesters, they were already being
identified by Ministry of State Security Agents who were determining their fate on whether
they should be left alive or killed by throwing off the buildings in Hong Kong or being deported
up to the Laogai forced labor camps in Mainland China.

It is well known that during August there were reports of Protesters on Twitter and Facebook
that some of them were thrown off the balconies of buildings or similar to Chan Yin-Lam, their
bodies were disposed of by Ministry of State Security Agents around various places of Hong
Kong, some of them would either be recovered from the coast of Hong Kong or some of their
bodies would be found in places like Kowloon or the New Territories after being dropped from
a building.

It is also highly possible that the Ministry of State Security Agents got to the Protesters because
their phones had been tracked when the Protests was taking place or after it had finish and it is
also possible that the Ministry of State Security Agents found where the Protester lived by
tracking their mobile phone.

Despite the Protesters still continue protesting, little did they know that the Chinese
Communist Party had deployed it’s intelligence agency and secret police, the Ministry of State
Security to eliminate the protesters and infiltrate the Hong Kong Protest Movement. As the
Protest continued from August 2019 to January 2020, there have been over 100+ cases of
people being dropped from buildings in Hong Kong which has now been suspected to be the
work of Ministry of State Security Agents. The message to the Protesters from the Chinese
Communist Party is that “If you are against us, we will eliminate you”.

Also it has been suspected that the people who were vandalizing Starbuck’s, Maxim’s and other
shops and restaurants have been suspected to be carried out by Ministry of State Security
Agents. After the Protests died down due to coronavirus, many people are now saying it is
noticeable that a lot of people who took part in the Protests are now missing, the chances are
the Protester could have been killed by Ministry of State Security Agents by being dropped off a
building, taken up to a Laogai in Mainland China or selected to be guinea pigs or test subjects
for the Biological Weapons testing program. During the Protests, it was suspected there were
Ministry of State Security Agents who were posing as the Protesters themselves and little did
the Protesters know when they went out to the demonstrations, they were assisting the
Ministry of State Security Agents in identifying the Protesters who will decide their fate on

23
whether to be murdered, dropped off the building like Chow Tsz-Lok or murdered like Chan Yin-
Lam.

24
8. The silence from the parents and relatives of the missing protesters

During the Protests, when dead bodies of Protesters who attended the demonstrations started
turning up in various places around Hong Kong and Protesters reported missing, it was known
that after October, the mum of Chan Yin-Lam was found dead wrapped up in a rubbish bag in
Tin Shui Wai.

It was known after Chan Yin-Lam’s death, her mother Ho Pui Yee was interviewed by Hong Kong
Media like TVB, Apple Daily and other media organizations in an attempt to dispel that rumors
that the Hong Kong Police or Hong Kong Government was behind the killing of Chan Yin-Lam. A
few weeks after, Ho Pui Yee was found wrapped up in a rubbish bag and it seems before being
wrapped up, she was killed by Ministry of State Security Agents.

After the death of Ho Pui Yee, it is well known many parents and relatives of the missing
protesters do not dare to speak to Media fearing that the Ministry of State Security Agents who
kill them for speaking to the Media. This has also been noted by a lot of Hong Kong people who
run groups or pages dedicated to missing protesters and apparently many parents and relatives
of the missing protesters have not dared to speak to the people who run the missing protesters
pages or media organizations in Hong Kong.

It has been suspected that the Ministry of State Security Agents have been intimidating the
parents and relatives of the missing protesters into not speaking with the media other wise
they will suffer the same fate as Ho Pui Yee who was murdered and put into a rubbish bag.

25
9. The Shop-With-You shopping mall protests should have never happened

During December which is the Christmas period in Hong Kong. There were protests that took
place in the shopping malls around Hong Kong and during this period from December 1 to
December 25.

The shop-with-you Protest was organized in the LIHKG forum used by the Protesters. Little did
they know, the shop-with-you Protest was organized by the Ministry of State Security who had
already seized control of the LIHKG forums by rigging the voting process and have agents
posting in the forum encouraging the young protesters to join in the Protests to march for
Democracy, Universal Suffrage and etc.

Many Hong Kong people at that time were already worried about joining in further protest
events as during that time, people who took part were already being found dead or
disappeared. Also there were people warning that protest events taking place in shopping malls
are dangerous because it can lead to round ups. Many people warned that by taking part in the
Protests, it was a way to assist the Ministry of State Security who already had death squads in
action in Hong Kong to identify who to murder or kidnap up to Mainland China.

In a Reuters article, it was admitted that the People’s Armed Police (PAP) was also in Hong Kong
during the Protests. There are suspicions that they carried out the round up of young people
from the University sieges which include the City University of Hong Kong siege and the Hong
Kong Polytechnic University Siege in November

The Shop-With-You Protest was really a bad idea because according to the people who run the
missing Hong Kong Protesters pages on Facebook, during the December period, over 1,000+
people who took part in the shopping mall protests have either ended up missing.

In reality the first signs of warning should be given to the Protesters that the forums they were
using like LIHKG and telegram instant messaging service were already hacked and in some cases
taken over by the Ministry of State Security and their events were literally being organized and
also, the Ministry of State Security were already tracking their cell phones/mobile phones
watching their move and have possibly obtained the location or address of the Protester.

10. Did the Ministry of State Security take over the leaderless protest?

In this section, we will be discussing whether the Ministry of State Security take over the Hong
Kong Protest or they ran it from the start.

New information has recently come to light that before the violent protests in Hong Kong
began. The heads of the Ministry of State Security were in Hong Kong. One them is the head of
the State Security and the other one is the regional head of the Ministry of State Security of the
Guangdong Region which has jurisdiction over the Pearl River Delta which includes the former
Portuguese Colony of Macau and the former British Colony of Hong Kong. There is now
suspicion that the Hong Kong Protest was in fact a purge operation ordered by the leadership of
the Chinese Communist Party which has since been reported that people who opposed the
Chinese Communist Party in Hong Kong are now missing.

There is another group of people who believe the Hong Kong Protests started as a leaderless
protest and people were protesting because they wanted Universal Suffrage and the right to
elect the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Government which is promised in the Sino-Joint
British Declaration which is partially true but the leaderless protest is now under doubt because
there is information that the Ministry of State Security was heavily involved with the Hong Kong
Protest and used the situation to encourage people who opposed the Chinese Communist Party
to go out on to the streets and protest which resulted in people being disappeared during the 6
months when the Hong Kong Protest ran for.

There is another group of people who believe the Ministry of State ran and initiated the
Protests as a means to wipe out people who opposed the Chinese Communist Party in Hong
Kong. Also, there are suspicions that during the Protests, there were Ministry of State Security
agents who were posing as Protesters during the violent protests and were watching for
potential targets to either kidnap or murder. There are suspicions that the Ministry of State
Security were also behind the attacks on or vandalism on Starbucks, McDonald’s and other
western based fast food chains and also various shops.

11. Conclusions

The Hong Kong Protest of 2019 which is claimed to be a leaderless protest is now in doubt as
information that has become available has shown that the Chinese Communist Party’s
intelligence agency and secret police known as the Ministry of State Security was involved in
running the Protest.

The Provocation began when the Hong Kong Legislative Council introduced the Extradition Bill,
even though the bill was withdrawn, it erupted into total violence where western fast food
chains and cafes like Starbucks in Hong Kong were vandalized.

It is a bad idea in Hong Kong to use Internet Forums like LIHKG or Instant Messenger Services
like Telegram to coordinate an Protest because it is known that the Ministry of State Security
had taken over the LIHKG Forum and instant messaging services used by the Protesters which
resulted in rigged voting decisions which led to the disastrous actions at Hong Kong
International Airport during August, the City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Polytech
University Siege in November and the Shop-With-You Protests during December. Even though
the internet forums or instant messaging services are thought to be secure, there are ways
which the Ministry of State Security can use to penetrate or even take over the internet forum
or instant messaging service.

The Ministry of State Security had been tracking the Mobile Phones of the Protesters which
eventually gave Ministry of State Security Agents in Hong Kong important information and gave
them the ability to decide whether the target should be kidnapped or murdered.

The deaths of Chan Yin-Lam and Chow Tsz-Lok are now suspected to be carried out by Ministry
of State Security agents and also these are just the cases that were reported by international
and local media, there are other deaths of Protesters who were thrown off buildings in Hong
Kong which some of them have been deemed by Hong Kong Police as not suspicious.

After Ho Pui-Yee, the mother of Chan Yin-Lam spoke out to media that there was no conspiracy
behind the death of Chan Yin-Lam, Ho Pui-Yee was found dead wrapped up in a rubbish bag.

After the Ho Pui-Yee incident, parents of missing protesters stayed silent because of fear if they
spoke to international or local media, they fear that they will also be targeted by Ministry of
State Security Agents.

The Hong Kong Protest being a leaderless Protest is now in doubt, it is starting to obviously look
like a purge operations since the heads of the Ministry of State Security were in Hong Kong just
before the violent protests started.
