Introduction

I had been invited by the kolkata showroom of audi and found following

Management

I would like to tell that management of the showroom is well maintained and staff was coordinated
however some of them are not in uniform. Your inventory management Is good but when I go to
into servicing department it was not well managed. I found that servicing department can be
managed in better way.

Variety of cars

I have seen that there was not all variety of car which had to be there and some old model car like bs
4 version ws still there. Salesman in the showroom was exceptionally talented, they treat with
customer in a proper manner and tell them all the feature of car very pationally

Recommandation

The company offer utmost service and sense of luxury and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
All employee are requested to maintain proper dress code and maintain sevice department in a
better manner.
