Venue and Timetabling Details Form

For paper-based exams you are required to submit your timetabling at least 3 weeks before the date of the first written component. For computer-based
exams, submit details at least 2 weeks before the date of the written components.
You may also submit venue and timetabling information via the support site using the online Venue and Timetabling Details Form or submit your
timetabling on your own Word or Excel document provided it contains the same details as required below.
You do not need to complete this form if you complete your timetabling on Cambridge English Online or Cambridge English for Centres. However, if you
make a significant change to previously submitted timetabling (e.g. start 30 minutes earlier or change venue), please complete this form or the online
form on the support site.
Complete this form electronically and email it to: simmonsralph@yahoo.co.in Please include your centre number in the subject line.
There are several examples in the yellow rows on this page. Please include the start time for each paper.
If this form contains changes/updates to a form that you have already submitted, please mark all changes in red.
Do not use this form to request a change to exam dates/timetables set by us, use the Timetable Deviation Request Form instead.
