FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

The form of the proposed business, Review in Peace (RIP), is partnership


established by partners R,I,P, and I. Under the Article 1767 of the Civil Code of
the Philippines, this type of business organization is defined as a contract
whereby two or more persons bind themselves to contribute money, property, or
industry into a common fund the intention of dividing profits among themselves.
Since this kind of business requires a capital of more than Php 3,000.00,
it should be governed in accordance with Articles of Co-Partnership.
In order to operate legally, it has to comply first with certain registration
requirements.
