I.

General Information

12MW Diesel Power Plant constructed and installed in March 1998, of which capacity is
6,200kW each genset.
The operation hour since installation is 49,081 hours for No.1 generator and 14,761 hours for
No.2 (Standby) generator. The plant was recently stopped and ready for dismantling and
relocation.

II. Equipment List and Brief Specifications

A. Major Equipment
1. Engine : Niigata 18V32CLX (2 sets), Japan

4. Fuel Injection Pump: 18 sets

6. Turning Gear: 1 set (Electric motor 1.5kW)

2. Cooling Water System


a. 1st stage CW temp. control valve: 2 pcs
b. 1st stage CW cooler: Alfa Laval AK20-FM, SUS 316/NBR plate type, 2 pcs
c. 1st stage CW expansion tank: 1 pc, 600 ltr
d. 1st stage CW pump: 2 pc, 30kW
e. 2nd stage CW pump: 2 pc, 30kW
f. 2nd stage CW cooling tower : 2 sets, fan 5.6kW x 2 pcs, low noise type

3. Lube Oil System


a. LO priming pump: 2 pc, 5.5kW
b. LO Sump Tank: 2 pc, 9000 ltr
c. LO cooler: 2 pcs, plate type
d. LO filter: 2 pcs, automatic backflushing type
