Title: Second Phase of Research Review meetings for the year 2019.

From here after RRMs will be conducted twice a year i.e., during months of Feb-
March and August-September. Scholars can attend accordingly to their convenience. All
the research scholars enrolled from 2014 both Indian/foreign and full time/part time are
requested to attend the RRMs as scheduled below.

Note:
1. Scholars are requested to bring duly filled RRM application signed by supervisor.
2. Without supervisor signature candidates are not allowed to attend RRMS
3. Scholars are required to give 10 to 15mts ppt presentation about their progress.
4. Scholars are required to bring published papers and other material to prove their
performance during RRMs.
5. Mere just attending three RRM’s doesn’t permit to appear for pre-talk. On approval of
RRM committee only candidates will be allowed for pre-talk.

NOTE:
The Research Scholar should submit the above REPORT to the Research Review
Committee on the Day of RRM, for their endorsement and comments, and Further
onward transmission to the Directorate of Research and Development.
Mere attending RRM is not sufficient to prove the performance.
20% of work completion will be considered for literature review, 30% of work
completion for publishing paper in scopus journal.
Two scopus papers(i.e.,80% of work) are required to publish to request for pretalk
