● Primary Users: Members of the Perinatal transport team


● Secondary Users: Members of the Adult/Peds transport team
● Tertiary Users: Members of other transport teams potentially
● Users would work with this design on shift or during other free time
● Contacting and recruiting users for interviews will be done while working on shift or
via email
● The users’ motivation for participating in the design process will be to give input on
usability, and effectiveness of the design.
