WATERBASED TINTING MACHINE PROPOSAL

Greetings from MRF Vapocure Paints!

Thank you very much for your patronage of the MRF Vapocure brand and our products. With a view to supporting your growth in
the wall finishes segment, we are really happy to propose a waterbased Tinting Machine as per the following details:

1. You will provide us an interest free deposit of Rs.80,000/- by way of a cheque in favour of “MRF Corp Limited”.
2. You will sign up with MRF Corp Limited on a standard agreement drawn out for the purpose with a validity of 4 years. On
the strength of this agreement, we will advise our vendor to send you a Tinting Machine Package which will also include
an arm for placing your PC monitor. Our vendor will send their technicians to install the machine at your premises and
this will be completed within 30 working days from the date of receipt of your payment at our end.
3. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) charges for the first two years will be paid by MRF Corp Limited.
4. With this machine, you will be able to tint Aquafresh Interior, Aquafresh Exterior, ALTURA Acrylic Emulsion for Interiors &
Exteriors, Campus Exterior Emulsion, Visa Interior Emulsion and Woodcoat Ultra pigmented topcoats. You may order for
the bases and colorants through our sales offices. We will also be providing you the Color Fan Decks and shade cards
for color reference.
5. A special product scheme has been designed for this purpose. Your “minimum” yearly net value target is as per the
below table. Whites and Bases only will be considered for this target completion. Only upon completion of these yearly
targets, you will be eligible for the Credit Notes as shown in the below table for each of the 4 years of the agreement
period. The CNs will be promptly issued in the month succeeding the 12 month period of each year.

6. On the successful completion of the scheme in 4 years we will arrange to refund the initial deposit of Rs.80,000/=
7. We will also be transferring the ownership of the Tinting Machine to you at a subsidised price, by executing a letter of
ownership transfer. In consideration of the same a sum of Rs.79,500/- net including all taxes shall be paid by you to MRF
Corp Limited by way of NEFT or an account payee cheque.
