NOTICE FOR ADMISSION TO MBBS/BDS COURSES FOR THE SESSION-2018-19
Online applications from the eligible and qualified candidates of NEET-
UG-2018 conducted by CBSE, Delhi is hereby invited by using University website www.admissions.hpushimla.in or www.hpuniv.nic.in or for filling up MBBS/BDS seats under State/Management Quota in Govt. Medical/Dental Colleges including Private Medical/Dental Colleges of H.P for the academic session 2018-19. The NRI Candidates, Children of J&K Migrants and Children of Tibetan Refugees who qualified the NEET-UG-2018 subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria of the prospectus, may also apply online against reserved seats meant for them. The process for filling online application form on the University website will start from 12.6.2018 to 20.6.2018 . Thereafter, the link will be disabled. The desirous candidates are advised to apply online only on the H.P. University website within prescribed period. The category-wise merit of qualified candidates of NEET only will be notified by the H.P University by assigning the new ranks in the merit list on the basis of All India Merit Rank of NEET-UG-2018. The application forms of non-qualified candidates will be rejected. Mode of Fee payment: Rs.1800/- for General/NRI & Other categories and Rs.900/- for SC/ST/PH and IRDP/BPL categories only is required to be paid by the candidates through credit/debit cards of any bank/Net banking. For complete details including eligibility criteria and other information, please read/download the prospectus as available on the websites of the University and the Directorate of Medical Education. Candidates must complete their online application form within prescribed schedule for which print out of confirmation page of the online application form must be obtained as a proof of successful completion of online form. The said application form will be submitted along with all requisite certificates/documents as mentioned in the prospectus by the candidate in person on the day of counselling. However, 50% tuition fee in the shape of Bank Draft/Cash as the case may be, as per requirement of the provisions under Chapter-VIII (Counselling & Admission Procedure ) to be deposited on the day of counselling for which the candidate may read the said provisions of the Prospectus carefully. Note:- Ragging is totally banned/prohibited in the Medical/Dental College/Institution and anyone found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging is liable to be punished appropriately.
