BUSINESS
If you already have a business set and running,
and want to promote it through social media to
increase traffic, then you should definitely create
and implement a "Brand Strategy";
Sharing, for example, content strictly related to
your business, industry and target audience.

e.g.: If you own a coffee shop, you will ONLY post


content related to this industry, which is the reason
why your audience follows you, because they love
coffee and you talk about it through your posts and
daily stories.

If you’re a solo-preneur and want to be recognised as
an influencer of your niche, then this type is the one
for you.

Being a personal brand is another money-making

There are so many different niches to choose from,


but the biggest mistake most newcomers make is to
frantically pick one, only to find out they're not
passionate about it and quit after 2-3 months.

It's important that you find out what your skills and
passions are and choose the niche you want to go
for accordingly; after that, aim to produce valuable
content related to the industry you chose.

The best thing about starting a niche account is that


you don’t even have to show your face to make
thousands of dollars each month.

3.HOW TO CREATE THE
PERFECT USERNAME
AVOID USING DOTS AND
UNDERSCORES

When choosing a username, NEVER use dots nor


underscores.
The reason why you should not include these in the
username is because the algorithm will LOWER the
discovery capacity of your account, making it harder
for people to find you organically.

Pro tip: Never add numbers at the end of your


username. (for the exact same reason)

CREATE SOMETHING UNIQUE
Now, this is something that must be understood before
going on.
Why do I say to be unique when coming up with the
username?
Truth is:
If you don't have a special, exclusive identity you are
just one of those 1 billion monthly users on Instagram,
therefore how can you expect different results? How
can you expect people to recognise you as one of the
big players in that niche?
That's why this should be the 1st priority and primary
thought when setting up an Instagram account.
Stand out from the crowd with you own authentic voice
and message for your audience.
Some niches might be more saturated than others, but
if your message and personality are on point and are
helping your audience with their pain points and
frustrations, you will still go far.

4.HOW TO CREATE THE
PERFECT USERNAME 2.0
(S.E.O HACK FOR VISIBILITY)
There is a slight difference when it comes to the
"Username" and "Name" on IG.
In case you didn't know, let us clear it for you:
The name that shows on top, which you get to create at
the very beginning, is the "Username"
As you can see in the image, @learn2earnit is
my "Username", and Business | Success | Money is my
"Name".
You can change the "Name" as many times as you
want, however the "Username" can only be tweaked
limited times.

With that being said, you may already know what SEO
is.

The acronym S.E.O stands for "Search Engine


Optimization" which helps us to increase our visibility
throughout the web; and, if you do it properly, it can get
your profile shown in front of a much broader audience.

HOW TO DO THIS
Change your "Name" and use niche keywords like we did:

The 3 topics which we focus on are Business, Success and


Money.
Using your niche words as "keywords" will help you being
shown on top of search engines as shown in the image.

should be using active niche keywords which
are searched on Instagram and Google.

5.THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF
LOGOS (NICHE AND BUSINESS
ACCOUNTS)
There are mainly 4 types of logos that are used the most
nowadays.
If you're a Business, you may have a logo already; but, if
you are a Personal Brand, using your face as "logo" is
100% recommended.
I know you might feel unease at first, but showing who
you truly are is the key to create a strong, long-lasting
and trustworthy bond with your audience.
If you decide to go with a Niche Account instead, it is
really important that you design the right logo which best
represents your brand identity and company values.

1) LETTER MARK
Logo that only contains the
1st letter or the most
significative and important
letters of your brand name.
Extremely easy to create and
powerful as well.

2) WORD MARK
Logo that contains full letters of
your brand name.

3) BRAND MARK
Logo that contains graphics to
describe
your brand.
This type of logo is our favourite
as we consider it to be
the secret ingredient to stand out

4)COMBINATION MARK

Logo that contains both


graphics and text in it.
As we've seen through the
years, this type of logo tends
to work best for
niche accounts.

At the end of the day, they all work great as long as you
know what you're doing and are creative enough.

It's entirely up to you which type of logo to go for, just


make sure not to copy or steal it off somebody else as
this will put you in a bad light.

Pro tip: if you don't know how to design a logo, you


can easily outsource it through Fiverr or UpWork.
Fiverr's freelancers charge relatively cheap prices
considering the great quality many sellers offer in return.
If you don't want to spend money, use Canva to design
your logo.

Here are some tips to consider while creating the
perfect logo:

1. Use a solid and attractive background e.g black or


white.
2. Don't use more than three colours pattern in your logo.
3. Choose the colours wisely or, if you lack inspiration,
go for white and black.
4. Don't try to make it too fancy, aim to make it look
professional instead.

6.HOW TO CREATE THE
PERFECT BIO
There are 3 things to focus on when it comes to
creating your BIO:

1. Who you are, What you do.


2. Why people should follow you/What value do you
provide.
3. Call to action.

WHO YOU ARE, WHAT YOU DO


In the 1st section, educate the users about your brand;
what is it all about and what you do for your audience.
It's hard to say something worthwhile within one
sentence, but try to boil down your company's human
values and share them (Ask yourself: "Why have you
started the page in the first place? What do you aim to
achieve?")

WHY PEOPLE SHOULD
FOLLOW YOU
In the 2nd section, you need to capture their attention by
giving them a valid reason to follow you.
"Do you do something different from your competitors?"
"Are you the best at something and aim to educate other
people on how to do it too?"
Unconsciously, as digital users, we are always thinking
about what the reward will be for us if we complete a
certain task, even if it's as simple as following someone
on IG. Give them the best reasons to follow you.

CALL TO ACTION
In the last BIO section, an effective, attention-grabbing CTA
is like the cherry on top:
After you've pulled people in with curiosity and attention is
now time to drag them in even more.
That's what the CTA does: gently nudges the user to do
what it is required to do in that circumstance, whether it
may just be following you, leaving their e-mail, subscribing
to a webinar etc...

7.CONTENT CREATION 101
For content creation we use Canva,
since we own a niche account and need
to display infographics.

Vectors can be found on


Freepik.com, Cleanpng and
Google Images.
We also use Photoshop or
illustrator to remove
backgrounds of vectors and
to adjust them.

AND HOW MANY TIMES YOU
SHOULD POST
Time to talk about the best timing to post on Instagram,
how frequently you should post and other tips to keep
in mind to maximize audience growth.

TIMING

The best time to post is between 9:00am to 12:00 noon


(EST), that's when the majority of the population is more
likely to be looking at IG during the day.
Another great way to know exactly when to post is to
check when your audience is most active by looking at
the Instagram Insights.
These statistics are only available for business accounts,
so make sure to switch from "Personal Account" to
"Business Account" - in case you haven't done it already
- so that you can access these precious information.
Insights Data are updated on a weekly basis, so that you
can keep track of everything.

HOW MANY TIMES YOU SHOULD POST

One of mankind's unanswered questions: "How many


times should I post each day?"
There isn't a specific answer, all we can tell you is :
ANY, as long as you have consistency
If you post 3 times today and then you post 5 times
tomorrow, and after that only once, then you're doing it
wrong.
No matter how many times you decide to post each day:
you should stick to a posting strategy without changing it.
Consistency is key in the eyes of the algorithm.

9.HOW TO USE HASHTAGS IN
2020
Hashtags are definitely one of the best ways to boost
your page visibility and get thousands of followers for
FREE.
Think of it as a 0 cost publicity for your brand.
However, they are so powerful that, if you don't know
how to use them, their effect will backfire on you.
Most of pages are not using the right hashtags, and
that's why they can't grow.
The biggest mistake people make when they're just
starting out, is to copy entire hashtag lists from big
pages in their niche.
I've received many messages from people concerned
about their page unable to grow constantly and
exponentially; 94% of times this is because they're
following this kind of strategy.
Here are simple, yet effective guidelines to keep in
mind when organising your hashtag lists in order to
start growing organically:

10.WHY BUILDING A BRAND IS
IMPORTANT
Building a brand is the approach to use in order to turn
your newly established business into a long-term,
profitable source of income.
The name of the game here is: Be Unique, Be You.

UNIQUENESS
If you want to build a brand, the 1st thing you need to
do is
"Be Unique to Stand Out".
Once again, ask yourself questions such as:
"What value can I provide to my audience?" "What do I
do that competitors don't?",
by asking yourself these simple questions, you will
enter a brainstorming state of mind where you come up
with lots of concepts and ideas ready to be tested.
Building a brand is essential if you aim to achieve 7
figures yearly, it's not a "get rich quick" scheme; in fact

SHOUTOUT FOR SHOUTOUT
(GROWTH HACK)
Shoutout for Shoutout is another easy growth hack you
can use to boost your page.
If you have 500 followers, for example, you may want
to DM another person with the same audience size and
same niche to ask him about Shoutout for shoutout
(s4s).
If he agrees, you can upload each other's stories; which
will result in free exposure for 24hrs for both pages.

There is one thing to keep in mind while doing this. A


lot of people do so many shoutouts in a day that just
ends up annoying their audience.
After all, people don't follow you to see other pages,
they choose to follow your brand because they're
interested in what you have to offer and that's what
they want to see.
At the same time, Shoutouts are an effective way to
grow your page; especially in the beginning.

Long story short, what we recommend you to do is to
only post 2-3 shoutouts per day in order to avoid
complaints and loss of interest from your followers.

Pro tip: creating engagement pods on IG with group of


friends or influencers in the same niche is another
clever way to take advantage of shoutouts.

11.HOW TO USE
ENGAGEMENT GROUPS THE
RIGHT WAY
Engagement Groups are basically group
chats within Telegram OR Instagram (in
this case, they are called "DM GROUPS")
and are called engagement groups
because participants are willing to like
and/or comment on other members' posts
in exchange for their own posts getting
liked and/or commented on.
To make it even more simple, these are
just large groups (some of them hit more
than 15,000 members!) where people
exchange engagement in order to boost
their organic reach even more.
Some types of engagement groups are:
Dx24h (Done x 24 hours)
Dx5 (Done x last 5 posts)
Dx50 (Done x last 50 posts)
Dx100 (Done x last 100 posts) and so on.
