It is with much pleasure and enthusiasm that I am writing to you to support the candidacy of
Muhammad Bilal Khalid S/O Khalid Hussain for admission in Master’s study program.

I have taught his session the course of Digital Signal Processing. He also did a semester project
under my direct supervision. He has always been an active student and is in my good books. He
has a sharp mind both from theoretical and practical aspects of view. He not only grasps the
basics of the subject, but also formulates highly original and persuasive interpretative
arguments. He also demonstrates superb leadership and organizational skills in leading group
projects.

Besides studies, he was also very active in extra-curricular activities. He was an active member
of SIEP (Society of Innovative Electrical Professionals) and UETAC (UET Adventure Club). He
has organized several events, workshops and seminars under the banner of the respective
societies.

I am thus convinced that Muhammad Bilal Khalid will prove himself as a good student in his
Master studies as well. Therefore, I am strongly recommending him for the Master’s program.
