Transaction Code – BMBC – Stock Details

 Enter the Material Code , Plant

 Click on Classification Tab

 Enter the Details as Shown ( Enter Batch Class , Untick Incomplete , Locked , Not Classified
check boxes)

 Enter the Selection Class and click on

  System opens up all Batch Class Characteristics Details

You can use to go to Next Page of Characteristics

Enter the Values as per your requirement to search the stock as per required Characteristic

Now Click on STOCK Tab

  Enter the No Zero stock Line as “X”
 Enter the SO , Line item if required.
 Execute the report using F8 key

 Above Top Right Hand section shows Batches with Characteristics

 Bottom Right Hand section shows Batches with Characteristics and stock – Unrestricted, Quality,
Blocked etc.
 Most of the below Critical Characteristics are displayed into O/P .

You can transfer the data into Excel sheet using option.
Enter the Files Name

Click on Save.

Open the Downloaded file into Internet Explorer

Click on File >> Save As

Enter the Extension of File as .XLS

Click on SAVE
Open the file to view into EXCEL Sheet for further Filter criteria
