  1. The above mentioned Quantities are as per your BOQ.  
2. Our Standard Terms are attached to the quotation.  
  3. 5% VAT will be charged additional as per UAE law.

Standard Terms: 
 
1. Sub‐floor should be neat, clean, moisture free and leveled.  
  2. Skirting and Ramp not included in the quotation 
3. All existing carpets and furniture has to be removed by you prior to installation of 
  raised flooring. Steps and vertical closures if required are not in our scope of works.  
4. Sub floor levels: The structural sub floor levels as constructed by others should be 
within +/‐ 5mm tolerance level beyond these tolerances should be made good before 
commencement of work. If sub‐floor is not leveled, Granite packing will be used and 
  cost additional AED 5.00 per pedestal.

5. Crane Facility and Site Storage: Service lift or crane Facility should be provided by the 
Main contractor free of charge, for the Handling of Raised Floor Material from the Site 
Storage area to the required floors at the time of installation. A dry and well ventilated 
covered area for proper site storage of raised flooring materials to be provided free of 
  charge by the main contractor.  
6. Dust proofing of Sub Floor: Concrete Structural screed preparation to be done 
according to consultants specifications. The concrete sub floor should be smooth, 
clean & clear of all delirious material & dust proofed‐these scopes of works to be 
  executed by others and not by Moov LLC.  
7. Fixing of pedestals to sub structure: Pedestals are fixed to the sub structure/ Concrete 
floor in a full bed of adhesive only. There will be NO additional mechanical fixing of 
  pedestal to the concrete flooring.  
8. Electrical Continuity & Earth Bonding: Connectors & Connections for Earthing, etc fixed 
to pedestals needs to be connected only by the specialist MEP/Electrical Sub‐
  Contractor and not by Moov LLC.  
9. Accessories: We have not considered any accessories such as ventilation panels (with 
or without mechanical Air Flow control) grommets, cut out on panels for MEP services, 
Fascia panels, steps, ramps, expansion joints, bridging structure, Stringers , air grills, 
floor boxes, cantilever legs, tile lifters, and other accessories are not included in our 
  offer etc unless or otherwise stated categorically in our offer.  
10. Cavity Barriers: The Cavity Barrier material and installation as per consultants Terms to 
be executed by others and not by Moov LLC. prior to the installation of raised flooring.  
11. There will be no responsibility for delays caused by non‐availability of shipping space to 
  the destination.  
12. There will be no responsibility for any color variation of finishes on subsequent orders 
  not in the same production run.  
13. Protection of material both installed and uninstalled is to be in line with the 
  manufacturer's recommendations and to be provided by others.  
14. Excessive damage to raised access flooring because of misuse or neglect will not be the 
  responsibility of Moov LLC.  
15. Non issue of construction program or failure to reissue the construction program 
following any amendments will result in breach of contract and non liability for any 
  subsequent delays to the project  
16. Delay penalties will be applied for disruption to the work sequence impacting the flow 
of materials into the project, not providing continuity of work and poor access to the 
  work place.  
17. Listed rates and prices are only valid for the agreed original duration of the project or 
scope of works. Prices will be reviewed following any extension of the project program

18. Price  and  Rates  are  applicable  to  the  listed  quantities,  should  the  quantities  be 
  revised prices may be modified to reflect the new quantities.  
19. All  materials  ordered,  delivered  and  installed  remain  our  property  until  full  and  final 
  payment is received  
20. Nonpayment  as  per  the  Terms  and  Conditions  outlined  below  will  result  in  the 
removal of any supplied material.
