To Whom it May Concern,

I have known Erin McFadden for the past few years in a variety of capacities. I originally had
the privilege of teaching her in junior high as well as coaching her on the school basketball team.
Later she became my work experience student and also came back to volunteer to help coach the
younger sports teams at our school. Through every situation and role Erin’s qualities and
character shine through.

In regards to academics Erin was second to none and earned recognition for the work she put in.
She is goal driven and worked tirelessly to put herself in a position of success. Erin also took on
a leadership role within the school and demonstrated a variety or organizational and leadership
skills. First and foremost she has exemplary character; she is honest hard working and earned
the trust of others. She was able to organize a team and lead them successfully through events
with her enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to working alongside of them. One of the
traits I appreciated about Erin was her ability to think analytically when working on large
projects with multiple people; she was able to see the big picture but also see the smaller facets
within the project and therefore managed resources very effectively.

Erin’s personality and hardworking attitude endeared her to the entire staff and she found herself
being requested by all teaching staff in the school to assist within their classroom. Regardless of
age or task Erin always came through with flying colors. Erin is a gifted athlete and prides
herself on performing well in whichever sport she is involved in. Her natural leadership
qualities, coachable attitude and competitive fire make her a formidable opponent on the field or
court.

Erin is an outstanding young lady, whom I am proud to know. I have the utmost confidence in
Erin’s skills, abilities and talents and it is with pride and confidence I write this letter. Please
