PRIMARY NARRATIVE
On 053018 I attended an operational briefing with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and Lake Havasu PD, in
reference to a human trafficking detail. Lake Havasu Detectives and myself have been investigating several massage
spas in our areas for possible prostitution. HSI was asked to assist because of suspicions of human trafficking and
forced prostitution (HSI Case #Sl15HR18SL0002).
HSI brought two Under Cover Agents that would be going into the establishments over the course of two days,
attempting to solicit sexual acts. After the briefing, Units met at a staging location. At approximately 1334 hours, HSI
Special Agents along with detectives of the LHCPD SIU, and the BCPD VND, sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC)
to the #1 Foot Massage, located at 2101 Highway 95, Suite 1, Bullhead City, Arizona. After entering the business,
UC observed an unidentified Asian female. The female pointed at a sign showing the price list for massages. UC
selected the 30 minutes massage for $40 dollars. Female then took UC to a room and asked for the money. UC paid
$40 dollars. Female told UC to take off his clothes and put them on a bed. UC took off his clothes and stayed only
wearing his underwear and socks. Female began massaging the UC's face. While massaging the UC's face for a few
minutes, the female placed her hand inside the UC's underwear and asked him if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC
asked how much and female said $40 dollars. Female then gestured with her hands if he wanted to have sexual
intercourse for $100. Female also gestured if he wanted to have oral copulation for $60 dollars. UC told female yes to
masturbation. Female then walked out of the room and came back with a condom. UC told her no condom needed
just masturbation. The female then removed UC's underwear and began to stroke his penis. To stop the female from
stroking his penis, UC asked her if she wanted to touch herself. The female said yes and removed her dress and stayed
only wearing her panties. Female began touching her breast. After a few minutes, the female got dressed and asked
UC for the $40 dollars. UC got dressed and paid her. The female gave UC a hug and asked him to come back again.
UC exited the business at approximately 1358 hours.
Attempts to get an agent into A Beautiful Spa 1599 Ramar Rd, Asian Massage #1 at 1655 Rainbow Rd, and Asian
Massage at 1957 Hwy 95, but they appeared to be closed, and the UC's could not get in.
At approximately 1522 hours, HSI Special Agents along with detectives of the LHCPD SIU, and the BCPD VND,
sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the Sun Massage located at 4470 Highway 95, Fort Mohave, Arizona. After
entering the business, an unidentified Asian female escorted UC to a room. The female stated $60 dollars for a
massage. UC replied "yes". UC gave the female a one-hundred-dollar bill and female gave him $40 dollars. The female
told UC to take off his clothes. UC took off his clothes and stayed only wearing his underwear. Female began
massaging the UC's back. While massaging the UC's back for few minutes, the female placed her hands on top of the

UC's buttock underneath his underwear and then pulled his underwear down. After massaging the UC's buttock area
for a few minutes, the female gestured UC if he wanted to have sexual intercourse and showed the UC one of her
breast by pulling her shirt up. The UC asked how much and the female said $200 dollars. UC said no and asked her
how much for oral copulation. The female said $100 dollars. UC said no and asked how much for masturbation. The
female said $80. The UC negotiated the price down to $60 dollars. The female asked for the money in advance.
Immediately after receiving the money, the female applied a lubricant and began to stroke his penis. While stroking his
penis, the female grabbed one of the UC's nipples. After a few minutes, the female stopped and brought a wet towel
and began to wipe off the lubricant. After wiping off the lubricant, the female slapped the UC buttock and told him to
get dressed. The female asked UC what was he doing in town. The UC told her that he was vacationing. The female
told UC to come back a visit again. UC exited the business at approximately 1558 hours.
sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the Asian Massage Spa located at 5587 Highway 95, Fort Mohave, Arizona.
After entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. UC asked the female for a massage and the
female said "yes". UC was then escorted to a room. At the room, the female charged the UC $60 dollars. UC paid the
$60 dollars and was told to remove his clothes and lay down on the bed. UC took off his clothes but kept his
underwear and socks. Female first began massaging the UC's head and then moved on to his legs. While massaging his
legs, the female asked UC using a hand gestured if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC asked female how much. The
female said $80 dollars. UC said "yes." Female then told UC to take off his underwear. Female began to stroke his
penis and at the same time asked him if he wanted oral copulation. UC asked how much and female stated more
money. UC told female just masturbation. To stop the female from stroking his penis, UC asked her to show him her
breast. The female said yes but stated that it was going to cost him $100 dollars. UC told her $90 dollars. The female
agreed and removed the top portion of her dress exposing both of her breast. After a few minutes, the female covered
her breast and brought a bucket of water and a towel for UC to clean himself. After UC got dressed, he paid the
female the $90 dollars. UC asked the female if she was going to be at the business working the next day. The female
said yes and told UC that for $150 dollars she would do everything to include masturbation, oral copulation and sexual
intercourse. UC exited the business at approximately 1710 hours.
sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the Body Spa located at 1000 Highway 95, Bullhead City, Arizona. After
entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. The female escorted UC to a room. In the room, on
top of a table they had the price list for the massages. UC selected the 30 minutes massage for $70 dollars. The female
told UC to take off his clothes and asked UC to pay her. UC paid the female $70 dollars. The female then left the

room, closed the door and told UC to tell her when he was ready. The UC opened the door and told the female that
he needed to use the bathroom. The female escorted the UC to the bathroom and stood up outside waiting for UC to
finish. After UC was done, the female escorted UC back to the massage room. At the room, UC took off his clothes
but kept his underwear. UC then laydown on the bed. The female proceeded to apply oil on the UC's body while
maintaining a conversation with him. During the conversation, the UC told the female that he was referred by a friend
and that the friend stated that she was going to take care of him. The female asked when did his friend come to the
business. The UC stated that he came recently. After applying the oil, the female began to massage the UC's body.
The female also began to massage the UC's buttock. The female then pulled down his underwear. The UC asked the
female if she wanted him to take it off. The female said "yes". The female continued to massage the UC's body. After a
few minutes, the female gestured UC to lay on his back. The female asked UC what did his friend told him that she did
to him. The UC told her that she gave him oral sex. The female was trying to remember who his friend was and asked
UC if he was 40 or 50 years old. UC told her he did not know his age but that he thinks he was in the 40s or 50s. The
female asked UC what his friend told him about her. The UC asked if they had sex. The female said no and UC asked
her to tell him what she did. The female said she gave him a hand job. The UC asked for how much. The female stated
for $60 dollars. UC asked her how much for oral copulation. The female said $120 dollars for oral sex. The UC told
her he did not have enough money. The female then asked for $100 dollars. UC said yes to $100 but asked her to
take off her clothes. The female said that she would take of her clothes for $120 dollars. The female asked UC for the
payment and UC gave her the $120 dollars. The female left the room and came back with a condom. The female then
put the condom on his penis. The female attempted to performed oral sex but UC immediately stop her. UC removed
the condom and told her to masturbate him. The female then placed oil on her hands and began to stroke the UC's
penis. After a few minutes, the female stopped and gave the UC a wet towel to clean himself. The UC got dressed.
The female then exchanged numbers with the UC and told him to call her so he can know exactly where she is located
since the owner moves the girls to different "shops" all the time. UC exited the business at approximately 2023 hours.
During the conversation with the UC, the female stated that her partner's name was Cee Cee or Cici. She also stated
that her name is Angel and that she was in the early 30s. She stated that the owners (the wife) move them a lot but
stated that she is a nice lady.
On 05/31/18, all units involved met again and continued for the second day.
sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the Body Spa located at 1000 Highway 95, Bullhead City, Arizona. After
entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. The female escorted UC to a room. In the room, on
top of a table they had the price list for the massages. UC selected the 30 minutes massage for $70 dollars. The female

told UC to take off his clothes and asked UC to pay her. UC took off his clothes but kept his underwear and socks.
UC paid gave the female a one-hundred-dollar bill. The female then left the room and after approximately 3 minutes,
came back and placed a $20 dollars bill on top of UC's clothes and stated that she didn't have the other $10. The
female then proceeded to massage the UC's chest and inner thighs area. After massaging the UC for a few minutes, the
female gestured with her hands if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC asked her how much and the female said $60
dollars. UC agreed. The female then began to stroke the UC's penis. After approximately two minutes, to stop the
female from stroking his penis, the UC asked the female if she could get naked. The female agreed but asked for $80
dollars instead of the $60 and asked to be paid immediately. The UC agreed and paid her with another
one-hundred-dollar bill. The female left the room and came back with another $20 dollars and stated again that she
didn't have change. The female got naked and proceeded again to stroke the UC's penis. After a few minutes, the UC
requested a wet towel and stood up and told the female that he could not concentrate because his jealous wife. The
female told UC to close his eyes and concentrate on something else other than his wife. UC told female that it was his
fault. The female told UC to come back next day around noon because at that time the owner is not at the business
and she is the only one there. The UC asked female with a gestured if they could have sex. The female said yes but
asked him to bring money in cash. The UC got dressed and left the business at approximately 1404 hours.
sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the #1 Foot Massage, located at 2101 Highway 95, Suite 1, Bullhead City,
Arizona. After entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. The female asked UC if he wanted a
massage. UC replied "yes". The female pointed at a sign showing the price list for massages. UC selected the 30
minutes massage for $40 dollars. Female escorted UC to a room and asked for the money. UC paid $40 dollars with
a 100-dollar-bill. Female left the room and came back with $60 dollars. UC asked female if he could use the
bathroom. Female escorted UC to the bathroom. After the bathroom, UC went back to the room. Female went to the
room and ask UC if he was ready. UC took off his clothes and stayed only wearing his underwear and socks. UC lay
down on bed. Female began massaging the UC's back. While massaging the UC's back for a few minutes, female told
UC to lay on his back and began massaging the UC's chest. After a few minutes, the female asked UC with a hand
gesture if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC asked how much and female stated $40 dollars. UC agreed. Female
removed the UC's underwear and provided with paper towels so he could clean himself after ejaculation. Female the
began to stroke his penis. To stop the female from stroking his penis, UC told female that he was running late for
work. Since the female didn't stop, the UC told her to again that he was going to be late. The female stopped and
brought the UC a towel. She then left the room and UC got dressed. Outside the room, the female asked UC for the
$40 dollars. The UC told her $30. The female agreed. The UC gave her two $20 bills and the female gave him $10
dollars back. The female The female gave UC a hug and asked him to come back again. UC exited the business at

approximately 1546 hours.
sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the Sun Massage to 4470 Highway 95, Fort Mohave, Arizona. After entering
the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. UC asked the female for a massage and the female said "yes".
UC was then escorted to a room. At the room, the female stated that one hour was $60 dollars and 30 minutes was
$50 dollars. UC selected the $50 dollars massage for 30 minutes. UC paid the $50 dollars with a 100-dollar-bill. The
female told UC to take off his clothes and then walk outside the room. The UC removed his clothes but stayed
wearing this underwear and socks. After a few minutes, the female returned to the room and gave the UC $50 dollars
in change and instructed the UC to remove his underwear. The female also asked UC to lay down on the bed. The
female then began massaging the UC's back and buttock area and after a few minutes told UC to turn over. After UC
turned over, the female gestured with her hands if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC asked how much. The female
said how much would you give me. UC offered her $40 dollars. Female said no. UC offered her $50 dollars. Female
said no and asked UC for $60 dollars. UC agreed. The female then began stroking the UC's penis. To stop the female
from stroking his penis, UC asked her to remove her the top part of her dress to show him her breasts. Since her
hands were covered with oil, the female leaned forward and asked UC to remove the strap of her dress. After
removing one of the straps, the female began to stroke the UC's penis again. After a few minutes, the female grabbed
the back of the UC's head and forced his face into her breast. UC pulled away and told her told her to show him her
breast. The female removed the other strap of her dress exposing both breasts. UC the asked for a towel and the
female gave him a hot towel to clean himself. After cleaning himself, the female asked UC for the money. The UC gave
the female another one-hundred-bill. The female left the room and the UC got dressed. The female came back and
gave UC $40 dollars in change. Before exciting the business, the female told UC that she had just arrived at the
business yesterday and told him to bring more of his friends. UC exited the business at approximately 1655 hours.

After entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. UC asked the female for a massage and the
female said "yes". UC was then escorted to a room. At the room, the female told the UC that it was going to be $50
dollars for a 30 minutes massage. UC was told to remove his clothes and lay down on the bed. UC took off his
clothes but kept his underwear. The female told UC to remove his underwear. UC lay down on the massage bed.
Female began massaging the UC's back and moved to his buttock, thighs and legs. At the bed, the UC's arms were
hanging off the table and the female was rubbing her thighs against his hands. After a few minutes, the female told UC
to lay on his back. The female then asked UC if he wanted her to massage his groin area. The UC said yes. The

female told UC that she would charge him $120 dollars for a happy ending. UC told her $100. The female said $110.
UC agreed. The female applied oil on the UC's penis and began to masturbate him. After a few minutes, the female
told UC they could have sex for $160. After a few more minutes, the UC told the female that he was going to be late
for work. The female said ok come back. The female then brought a wet towel and gave it to UC so he could clean
himself. The UC got dressed. The female gave UC her phone number. UC exited the business at approximately 1755
hours.
This is the completion of the UC detail.
On 06/14/18, surveillance was conducted at Sun Massage (4470 Hwy 95) and at Asian Massage Spa (5587 Hwy
95). During the surveillance, units conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle leaving Sun Massage. The driver of the vheilce
was identified as Xiu Zhi Wang by her CA DL, and the passenger was Cui Li by her CA DL. Both said they were
employees at the massage parlor. Both females said the addresses on their licenses were their correct addresses. The
addresses were both in CA. After the traffic stop, the vehicle left the area. A short while after the vehicle returned with
just one occupant. The occupant was the driver/owner of the vehicle, Wang. The vehicle stayed at the establishment,
and did not leave.
There was a female employee that walked out of the back of Asian Massage Spa (5587 Hwy 95). The female threw
some trash away in the dumpster, and walked back into the building. She was not contacted. No other employees left
the building or were seen. At about 2130 hrs, a vehicle arrived with a male occupant. The male exited his vehicle, and
went into the business. At about 2200 hrs, another vehicle arrived with a male occupant. The male exited his vehicle
and went to the door of the business. The male tried to open the door, but was unable too. The male began knocking
on the door, and pacing in front of the business. After about 3 minutes, the door cracked open, and the male spoke to
someone inside the business. The male then walked back to his car and sat and waited. At about 2230 hrs, the first
male exited the business, and the male waiting in the vehicle went into the business. The second male remained in the
business till about 2330 hrs. The male then left the business.
On 06/15/18 I ran a utilities check on all four locations. The utilizes came back as follows:

Las Vegas. His phone numbers are Privacy Interest and Privacy Interest .
The information was provided to HSI and LHC SIU.
On 09/05/18 I was notified that a civil stand by was conducted at Asian Massage Spa 5587 Hwy 95. The RP, Aijuan
Wang reported that her employer, Amanda Yamauchi, had locked her out of the business, refused to give her back her
property back, refused to give her back her two phones, and refused to pay her wages for the work done. Wang
wanted to make a theft report for the incident. Wang also contacted agents from FBI to inform them of the incident
and how she was treated at the business. This location has since been closed by Yamauchi.
On 09/17/18 HSI Agents assisted with undercover details into each of the businesses again. The first location was
1000 Hwy 95 #D. A HSI Undercover Agent entered the business and received manual stimulation in exchange for
money. The price for the hour massage was $80 and the charge for the sex act was $60.
The next location was 2101 Hwy 95 #1, #1 Foot Massage. The undercover Agent went into the business and
received manual stimulation in exchange for money. The price for the massage was $60 and the price for the sex act
was $40 plus the masseuse asked for an additional $10 tip.
The final location was 4470 Hwy #10. The undercover Agent went in to the business and received manual stimulation
in exchange for money. The price for the massage was $60 and the price for the sex act was $50.
On 09/20/18 warrants were served at each of the following locations: 1000 Hwy 95 #D Body Spa, 2101 Hwy 95 #1
#1 Foot Massage, 1599 Ramar Rd (Yamauchi's residence and location of A Beautiful Spa), 1655 Rainbow Rd Asian
Massage #1, 4470 Hwy 95 #10 Sun Massage, and 981 Ramar Rd (Dean Bassett's residence).

SUPPLEMENTS
SUPPLEMENTAL NARRATIVE TYPE: Incident
On April 20, 2018, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Yuma, Arizona was contacted by detectives of the Lake
Havasu City Police Department (LHCPD), Special Investigations Unit (SIU), with information on a possible Human
Trafficking case. Since May of 2016, the SIU has been investigating a number of Asian massage parlors, after
receiving numerous complaints and tips related to these massage parlors providing sexual acts for the exchange of
money. Based on the information received, it is believed that only Asian females are employed at the businesses and
the females may be victims of human trafficking. An investigation has been initiated with the assistance of the Lake
Havasu City Police Department, SIU, and the Bullhead City Police Department (BCPD), Vice Narcotics Division
(VND), to determine if the businesses are violating any Human Trafficking or other immigration laws.
After looking into some of these Asian massage parlors, the following names and addresses have been identified in
Bullhead City and Fort Mohave:
1. #1 Foot Massage ? 2101 Highway 95, Suite 1, Bullhead City, Arizona.
2. A Beautiful Spa ? 1599 Ramar Road, Bullhead City, Arizona.
3. Asian Massage ? 1957 Highway 95, Bullhead City, Arizona.
4. Asian Massage No. 1 ? 1655 Rainbow Drive #7, Bullhead City, Arizona.
5. Sun Massage ? 4470 Highway 95, Fort Mohave, Arizona.
6. Asian Massage Spa ? 5587 Highway 95, Fort Mohave, Arizona.
7. Body Spa ? 1000 Highway 95, Bullhead City, Arizona.
On May 30, 2018, at approximately 1334 hours, HSI Special Agents along with detectives of the LHCPD SIU, and

the BCPD VND, sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the Sun Massage located at 4470 Highway 95, Fort
Mohave, Arizona. After entering the business, an unidentified Asian female escorted UC to a room. The female stated
$60 dollars for a massage. UC replied "yes". UC gave the female a one-hundred-dollar bill and female gave him $40
dollars. The female told UC to take off his clothes. UC took off his clothes and stayed only wearing his underwear.
Female began massaging the UC's back. While massaging the UC's back for few minutes, the female placed her hands
on top of the UC's buttock underneath his underwear and then pulled his underwear down. After massaging the UC's
buttock area for a few minutes, the female gestured UC if he wanted to have sexual intercourse and showed the UC
one of her breast by pulling her shirt up. The UC asked how much and the female said $200 dollars. UC said no and
asked her how much for oral copulation. The female said $100 dollars. UC said no and asked how much for
masturbation. The female said $80. The UC negotiated the price down to $60 dollars. The female asked for the
money in advance. Immediately after receiving the money, the female applied a lubricant and began to stroke his penis.
While stroking his penis, the female grabbed one of the UC's nipples. After a few minutes, the female stopped and

dollars. UC paid the $60 dollars and was told to remove his clothes and lay down on the bed. UC took off his clothes
but kept his underwear and socks. Female first began massaging the UC's head and then moved on to his legs. While
massaging his legs, the female asked UC using a hand gestured if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC asked female
how much. The female said $80 dollars. UC said "yes." Female then told UC to take off his underwear. Female began
to stroke his penis and at the same time asked him if he wanted oral copulation. UC asked how much and female
stated more money. UC told female just masturbation. To stop the female from stroking his penis, UC asked her to
show him her breast. The female said yes but stated that it was going to cost him $100 dollars. UC told her $90
dollars. The female agreed and removed the top portion of her dress exposing both of her breast. After a few minutes,
the female covered her breast and brought a bucket of water and a towel for UC to clean himself. After UC got

the BCPD VND, sent a HSI Undercover Agent (UC) to the Body Spa located at 1000 Highway 95, Bullhead City,
Arizona. After entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. The female escorted UC to a room. In
the room, on top of a table they had the price list for the massages. UC selected the 30 minutes massage for $70
dollars. The female told UC to take off his clothes and asked UC to pay her. UC paid the female $70 dollars. The
female then left the room, closed the door and told UC to tell her when he was ready. The UC opened the door and
told the female that he needed to use the bathroom. The female escorted the UC to the bathroom and stood up outside
waiting for UC to finish. After UC was done, the female escorted UC back to the massage room. At the room, UC
took off his clothes but kept his underwear. UC then laydown on the bed. The female proceeded to apply oil on the
UC's body while maintaining a conversation with him. During the conversation, the UC told the female that he was
referred by a friend and that the friend stated that she was going to take care of him. The female asked when did his
friend come to the business. The UC stated that he came recently. After applying the oil, the female began to massage
the UC's body. The female also began to massage the UC's buttock. The female then pulled down his underwear. The
UC asked the female if she wanted him to take it off. The female said "yes". The female continued to massage the UC's

Arizona. After entering the business, UC observed an unidentified Asian female. The female escorted UC to a room. In
the room, on top of a table they had the price list for the massages. UC selected the 30 minutes massage for $70
dollars. The female told UC to take off his clothes and asked UC to pay her. UC took off his clothes but kept his
underwear and socks. UC paid gave the female a one-hundred-dollar bill. The female then left the room and after
approximately 3 minutes, came back and placed a $20 dollars bill on top of UC's clothes and stated that she didn't
have the other $10. The female then proceeded to massage the UC's chest and inner thighs area. After massaging the
UC for a few minutes, the female gestured with her hands if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC asked her how
much and the female said $60 dollars. UC agreed. The female then began to stroke the UC's penis. After
approximately two minutes, to stop the female from stroking his penis, the UC asked the female if she could get naked.
The female agreed but asked for $80 dollars instead of the $60 and asked to be paid immediately. The UC agreed
and paid her with another one-hundred-dollar bill. The female left the room and came back with another $20 dollars
and stated again that she didn't have change. The female got naked and proceeded again to stroke the UC's penis.
After a few minutes, the UC requested a wet towel and stood up and told the female that he could not concentrate
because his jealous wife. The female told UC to close his eyes and concentrate on something else other than his wife.

selected the 30 minutes massage for $40 dollars. Female escorted UC to a room and asked for the money. UC paid
$40 dollars with a 100-dollar-bill. Female left the room and came back with $60 dollars. UC asked female if he could
use the bathroom. Female escorted UC to the bathroom. After the bathroom, UC went back to the room. Female
went to the room and ask UC if he was ready. UC took off his clothes and stayed only wearing his underwear and

minutes, female told UC to lay on his back and began massaging the UC's chest. After a few minutes, the female asked

agreed. Female removed the UC's underwear and provided with paper towels so he could clean himself after
ejaculation. Female the began to stroke his penis. To stop the female from stroking his penis, UC told female that he
was running late for work. Since the female didn't stop, the UC told her to again that he was going to be late. The
female stopped and brought the UC a towel. She then left the room and UC got dressed. Outside the room, the female
asked UC for the $40 dollars. The UC told her $30. The female agreed. The UC gave her two $20 bills and the

dollars and 30 minutes was $50 dollars. UC selected the $50 dollars massage for 30 minutes. UC paid the $50 dollars
with a 100-dollar-bill. The female told UC to take off his clothes and then walk outside the room. The UC removed
his clothes but stayed wearing this underwear and socks. After a few minutes, the female returned to the room and
gave the UC $50 dollars in change and instructed the UC to remove his underwear. The female also asked UC to lay
down on the bed. The female then began massaging the UC's back and buttock area and after a few minutes told UC
to turn over. After UC turned over, the female gestured with her hands if he wanted her to masturbate him. UC asked
how much. The female said how much would you give me. UC offered her $40 dollars. Female said no. UC offered

massage bed. Female began massaging the UC's back and moved to his buttock, thighs and legs. At the bed, the UC's
arms were hanging off the table and the female was rubbing her thighs against his hands. After a few minutes, the
female told UC to lay on his back. The female then asked UC if he wanted her to massage his groin area. The UC said
yes. The female told UC that she would charge him $120 dollars for a happy ending. UC told her $100. The female
said $110. UC agreed. The female applied oil on the UC's penis and began to masturbate him. After a few minutes,
the female told UC they could have sex for $160. After a few more minutes, the UC told the female that he was going
to be late for work. The female said ok come back. The female then brought a wet towel and gave it to UC so he
could clean himself. The UC got dressed. The female gave UC her phone number. UC exited the business at
