A PROCLAMATION OF COMMUTATION OF SENTENCE. BY THE GOVERNOR OF ARIZONA WHEREAS, Ray Garcia, ADC # 100490 was convicted of the crime of Dangerous Drug ‘Violation in CRZ006-000492 (count one) and Drug Paraphernalia Violation in CK201 7120710 (count «0 in the Superior Cour of Maricopa County, State of Arizona and was sentenced on the 3 day of| July, 2017, to serve a term of 2 years for count one and 10 months for count two in the Arizona State Prison; WHEREAS, a a mecting ofthe Board of Executive Clemency eld at 1645 W Jefferson, Suite 101 in Phoenix, Arizona onthe 18" day of February, 2020, it was unanimously recommended by the ‘Board that the sentence of Ray Garcia be commuted fo “Time Served with Community Supervision to remain intact upon release from the Department of Corrections.” WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 5 § 5 of the Constitution of the State of Arizona and Tile 318 443 ofthe Arizona Revised Statutes, the governor may grant reprieves, commutations and pardons ‘upon such conditions, restrictions and imitations the governor deems proper; NOW, THEREFORE, |, Douglas A.
