FLAT A502- SEARCH TITLE

I, Mrs Sushama Sathe, wish to sell my property at A-502, Silver Coin CHS. Mr Lloyd
Sequeira, residing in A-503 Silver Coin CHS, has shown interest in buying the above
mentioned property.
The original sale agreement was between the builder and Mr Shank Sathe and Mrs
Sushama Sathe. My husband Mr Shashank Sathe passed away on 18 December
2011. After his sad demise, the share certificate for the said property was transferred
to my name. I have given following documents to Mr Sequeira (if you wish to view).
1. Copy of the original sale agreement
2. Copy of the share certificate
3. Copy of the death certificate for Mr Shashank Sathe
4. Copy of ‘The Power of Attorney’ given by my two sons, Mr Sagar Sathe and
Mr Sarang Sathe.

Since I reside in Sydney (Australia), I request you to help Mr Sequeira to collect the
following on my behalf. I request you to please furnish:
1. Copy of the documents with the society regarding nomination of legal heirs of
late Mr Shashank Sathe, on the basis of which, 50% of Mr Shashank Sathe’s
shares were transferred to Mrs Sushama Sathe.
2. Letter from the society stating that the said flat is in the ‘A’ wing of the society.
3. No objection certificate (NOC) from the society stating that they have no
objection me selling this flat.

I appreciate your assistance in giving these documents at your earliest.
