can use the system from your labs seamlessly even when the internet connectivity is down.

From registration to report dispatch, we have automated everything!
- Registrations can directly be linked to external hospital software, home collection
agents’ apps to reduce time and errors. Self-Patients can directly register themselves
from your website or cloud pathology app.
- We interface with all the machines out of the box, and for free of charge, even when
you purchase new equipment. with our extremely flexible interfacing engine, we
guarantee interfacing with the new machine in mere 1 day.
- CP notifies you on its mobile apps, whenever a test is completed at machine, so that
you can immediately verify the report, and authorize for publishing, right from your
phone!
- CP has dispatch policies that run automatically once a report is authorized. These
policy runs send report to referring doctors/ patients via WhatsApp, Email, or text
message. This dramatically reduces TAT.

3. Reactive System
Everything works on autopilot, and you don’t ever need to monitor anything, the system
notifies you whenever your attention is needed. A test is ready to be authorized, you’ll get a
notification. A report dispatch failed, you’ll get a notification. Now you can truly sit back, and
relax, and let the software work for you.

4. Best in class accounting and analytics reports

Analyse virtually anything, track dues, see revenue trends. Calculate referral commission, or
analyse TAT. You can generate any kind of report related to lab governing.

5. Unified portal for referring doctors and patients

We provide a centralized portal for all referring doctors and patients to receive report from all
labs that are using CP. This radically reduces clutter on referring doctor’s side and provides
better experience to patients. This portal extends much beyond mere report dispatch. It can be
integrated with HIS / home collection requests. It also provides graphical representation and
variations of parameters for regular patients. The portal, CPX, as it is called, can provide a new
platform to connect pathology labs, referring doctors, and patients; not to mention it will help
our society more towards having completely electronic medical records one day.
