Construction
The biscuit baking oven body consists of steel steam tight tunnel with equally
divided zones of the radiators
• Stainless steel expansion joints are provided between these zones in order
to eliminate the expansion of the oven section
• The inspection doors are provided for inspection of the baking goods during
the process
Firing Chambers
• The complete chamber of biscuit making oven will be insulated with
minerwoll filled from outside to conserve heat and increase efficiency
• The fully automatic imported burner shall be fitted to the chamber and the
temperature shall be controlled by automatic temperature controller on
the control panel
Insulation
• The complete biscuit making oven will be covered with 10" thick mineral
wool insulation from top, bottom and the sides
• The bottom portion of the oven at the sides will be covered with CRC
sheets for the conveyor protection and to avoid heat loss
Baking System
• The baking in the heating chamber of biscuit baking oven takes place by
radiators located under and above the wire mesh band which distribute
heat for uniform baking
• The recirculation heating gases of these radiators can be controlled for
each zone separately. The closed recirculation system is having slight
vacuum so that combustion gases can not enter into the baking chamber
• The ventilating fan is for circulation of the heating gases through the
recirculation system and thermostatically controlled burners provide the
set temperature of the heating gases
Fans
All the circulating fans are fabricated from M.S. & S.S. and will be well balanced to
avoid vibration and will give noise free operation in high speeds

Specifications:
Design
• A base plate over which two side frames are fitted for taking the load of
mixing chamber of bread dough mixer which is fitted on side frames
• In the mixing chamber of bread dough mixer two Z/sigma type-mixing
blades are fitted which rotate at different speeds in opposite direction to
mix various types of soft/hard dough for achieving required glutton of
dough
• An electrically operated tilting device is also fitted to tilt mixing chamber to
unload mixed dough
• The machine is covered from all sides to avoid dust and accidents

Dough Rounder
The cone of dough rounder has ridges and the aluminum tracks, which are
adjustable. Our machines also have built-in blower with cold air that prevents the
piece from sticking.
Every moving part has ball bearing and the machine has costar for transportation.
To avoid any type of accident, the machine has a facility for safety precautions. It
needs very little space and no foundation.

The oven chamber is designed for one rack. Maximum rack capacity is 880x4 pans
of 400 gms bread and 90 Trays for cookies and other bakery products such as
Sandwich Bread, Open Bread, Buns Patties, Cakes, Biscuits, Dry fruits & other
allied Bakery products.
Operation:
The oven consists of fixed section accommodation for the heat and air circulating
equipment. Removable racks are loaded into baking chamber. Rack when loaded
is rotated inside baking chamber and hot air is circulated evenly to ensure proper
baking at all levels. The duty circle is controlled by digital timer and temperature
meters. After the cycle is over the rack is rolled out and rack which is pre-loaded is
introduced. Once pre-determined baking time is over, audio and visual alarm
indicates that the rack is ready to roll out. When door is opened hot air circulation
automatically stops and at the same time rack stops rotating Rack type Diesel
ovens are available for light diesel oil and high speed oil/ kerosene depending on
the customer's requirement.
ADVANTAGES:
Varieties of products are possible because batches are of reasonable sizes and
duty cycle is fairly short.
Labour of loading and unloading of sheets and moulds, keeping the door open is
eliminated.
While baking is in process loading of next batch is possible on other rack.
Due to less heat loss fuel consumption is minimize.
Cross flow of hot air circulation is synchronized with rotation of racks to ensure
the evenness of baking.
Deck Oven
This oven is suitable for small Bakeries and Cookies Shop for limited production .
The product is baked using CYCLOTHERMIC Technology for efficient and economic
baking. The oven id fabricated in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel (as per requirement)
in front and the interior part is fabricated out of Mild Steel and comes along
Imported Burners for more efficiency.
