referred to as the "VENDOR");

HELEN ODOÑO MORANTE, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a

(hereinafter referred to as the "VENDEE");

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the true and registered owner of a certain

THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
the VENDOR to his full and complete satisfaction, the VENDOR does hereby
SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, his heirs, successors and
assigns, the above-described motor vehicle.
