Project Description : Effective communication is critically important for a successful organization. The Marketing Communication refers to the
means adopted by the companies to convey messages about the products and the brands they sell, either directly or
indirectly to the customers with the intention to persuade them to purchase. With a variety of promotional tools as
advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, public relations personal selling and value – added approaches such as
sponsorship and the firm has to find an appropriate mix of promotion tools. This combination of communication tools is
called promotional mix or marketing communication mix. My aim is to innovative and newly directed marketing plan and
strategies for various products of Aditya Birla Sun Life. Strategizing & Implementation of an annual marketing plan to
enhance the online presence of Birla Sun Life and analyse & recommend branding strategies for insurance industry for
enhanced customer engagement.
