Negative Impacts of Gadgets

Technology plays vital role in our lives. However, improper using of gadgets has negative impacts
especially in children and teenagers nowadays.

Ethan Williams, a 7 year old boy is addicted to online games. He always has his iPod wherever he goes.
Playing games and using social medias likw facebook or instagram. And because of it, he doesn't do his
homeworks, tasks, and sometimes doesn't eat on the rigjt time.

In our present generation, students are obsessed in using gadgets. They usually want to buy the latest
release of these gadgets to satisfu their desires in terms of entertainment and getting the newest of the
new. As a result, students tend to use up more time on using gadgets than on studying.

In today's modern age, gadgets has become a way of life. Gadgets like cellphones, laptops, tablets,
computers, and iPods nowadays are basic neefs for everyday life style. It helps us a lot by doing things
easier and faster especially on students. Gadgets help students a lot by doing their projects or
assignments productive and progressive.

Gadgets gave a big impact into the history of humanity because of its use especially on young people.
Using gadges too much can possibly lead to health issues. Staring at electronic devices for too long
without adjusting screen brightness may affect their vision and health.

New technologies may help people to make their tasks easier. But manage yourself on using gadgets to
avoid eye irritation and diseases.

Everything is good if you use it in a positive way or bad if you use it in a negative way.

Girls against Dysmenorrhea


Kelsea Smith, a 15 year old girl, is having trouble sleeping and eating because of the pain in her lower

Does girls has to suffer dysmenorrhea all the time?

Dysmenorrhea, also known as painful periods, or menstrual cramps, is pain during menstruation. Its
usual onset occurs around the time that menstruation begins. Symptoms typically last less than three
days. The pain is usually in the pelvis or lower abdomen. Other symptoms may include back pain,
diarrhea or nausea.

It is more common among those with heavy periods, irregular periods, whose periods started before
twelve years of age, or who have a low body weight.

Dysmenorrhea is a medical tern that means "difficult or painful periods". However, it can be treated, it
includes using of heating pad or medication if possible. The best medicine to relieve the pain for
dysmenorrhea are pain relievers, such as, ibuprofen, naproxen, mefenamic acid, diclofenac and
ketoprofen. Taking vitamin B or magnesium may help.

It's common for many girls to have pain with their perpds a couple of days each month. It is better to
feel the pain of dysmenorrhea than feeling pregnant.
