    In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic, shortage of oil supply has affected operation &
    maintenance works of this office.
    Therefore, it is to request you to supply 1(one) barrel of Diesel oil urgently under special
    consideration for use in operation & maintenance works of Lilong sub division, MSPDCL which is
    under “Essential services” category of the Govt.
