How to make students follow rules and regulations of school

 I will Explain students “why” School rules exist.

Because :
o When we ask someone to do something—or not do something—the response
is more favourable when we give them a reason.
o Simply adding the word “because” makes people more likely to do what we
want.
o I will explain how school rules are in place for their benefit, it causes them to
agree with your rules, appreciate their purpose, and want to comply.
o I would put special emphasis on how each rule makes the classroom/school a
better, more enjoyable place to learn.
o Will explain students that rules and regulations are simply a way to ensure a
learning environment that is best for them and their education.
o Will remind students that when School enforce a consequence, it’s not
personal. It’s simply a way to ensure a learning environment that is best for
them and their education.
o Will tell students the importance of enforcing consequences without lecturing,
scolding, or causing friction with students.
o Make sure that students are aware of the rules and the consequences if the
rules are not adhered to.

In my opinion this approach of introducing, teaching, and enforcing rules and

consequences will surely encourage students to follow rules & regulations of Peace
public school.

2nd : Way to Improve standard of spoken English.

 Fun Classroom Activities will help Students Practice Speaking English

o Role-playing exercises like
 “Fast Food Role Play” One student will act as the manager of a fast
food restaurant. The other will act as a student looking for a part-time job.
The restaurant has advertised a part-time vacancy, so the student has
come for an interview. The two should try to develop a lively yet formal
conversation of the job duties, employee benefits, and the student’s
qualifications and experience before the manager reaches his/her
decision.
 Travel Agency Role Play: This role-playing exercise requires two
students. Ask for volunteers or select from the class. One student will act
as an agent in a travel agency. The other student will act as a customer.
The customer wants to take a trip to Australia for two weeks and asks for
help from the agent about the travel route, airplane tickets, hotel rooms,
places of interest, etc. The students should try to keep the conversation
lively.
 Introducing Communication lab in the school.
3rd: Your initiatives after being appointed Head Boy of School.

 I will apply for Atal Tinkering Lab (with the help of my father) for Peace Public School.
ATL is an approach of Central government of India to create an environment of scientific
temperament, innovation, creativity amongst Indian Students. Government will provide
grant-in-aid of Rs. 20 lakh. The objective of this scheme is to foster curiosity, creativity
and imagination in young minds. I am very curious to design my own drone and Robot
and with the help of this lab I as well as all students will get this opportunity.
 I will suggest introducing Yoga and Meditation for all students at least once in a week. It
will help to improve physical and mental abilities of students.
 I will use my creative skills to help invent more activities to benefit every pupil within the
school.
 I would be a role model to other students, especially for
the younger years. I know that I will have to set an
example and show other pupils how they need to behave
and show them they need to work hard.

My qualities

 I am a very pleasant and sociable boy which was said on

my last school report. I am a team player as this is
proven by my football. I am also very caring and
considerate which is something I would want from a Head
Boy. This is good because I think pupils need a Head Boy
that they can talk to and feel comfortable to put forward
their ideas which I could voice to the school council, and
the Headteacher. I am very outgoing and I am confident
enough to say my thoughts and opinions which is needed
to start any improvements that need to be made.

4th: How you can bring students into the process of learning.
According to me by using following ways students will get excited about
learning:
1. Encourage Students. ... Praise your students often. Recognize them for their
contributions. If your classroom is a friendly place where students feel heard and
respected, they will be more eager to learn. A “good job” or “nice work” can go a
long way.
2. Get Them Involved. ... Giving students a sense of ownership allows them to
feel accomplished and encourages active participation in class.
3. Offer Incentives. ... Rewards give students a sense of accomplishment and
encourage them to work with a goal in mind.
4. Get Creative. ... Teach through games and discussions instead of lectures,
encourage students to debate and enrich the subject matter with visual aids, like
colorful charts, diagrams and videos. You can even show a movie that effectively
illustrates a topic or theme.
5. Draw Connections to Real Life…Students may never be excited about
algebra but if they see how it applies to them, they may be motivated to learn
attentively.
