Adaptations:

- Plastic centralizers to
avoid magnetism and
reduce weight.
- Special Connection
with HDPE 1´ semi
rigid hose.
Product Challenges:

- We broke centralizers in
the last 2/17 holes.
- Connection with HDPE
releases constantly
from each other and we
needed to constantly
reinforce it.
- Head of Blast Trac gets
worn quickly with 10 or
less measures.
Software Challenges:

- We used EZ-Trac
software to measure, as
it is set by default.
- We needed to
constantly download to
tablet results by hole, in
a 4m height platform.
This could be improve
by a multi-hole
adaptation.
Software Challenges:

- We need to integrate
our platform to BLAST-
IQ to provide a valuable
service integration with
Orica to their clients.
Software Challenges:

- Single 3D plot could be

improve integrating
multi-hole plotting in a
3D space.

Additional Notes

Original method is 17% quicker than the

new one, because of the usage of RECON,
but it doesn’t have the HUB and real time
plotting possibility.

We need to work in a Multi-Hole Software

for this application, and some extra pieces,
parts and materials.
Some Conclusions

Blast Trac is definitely more resistant,

confident and lighter than EZ-A.

The HUB integration opportunity has a huge

value for our client, but we need to react
quickly.

Multi-Hole Software is a must to enter in this

market.
