declaration of health condition and travel history.
• Body temperature for all workers will be taken every
time before entering the site and for workers inside
the quarters will be taken before entering passenger
hoist to workplace.
• All staff and workers must declare the health
condition and travel history before entering the site
by filling the logbook/form.
• The purpose of this social distancing is to prevent the
spread of contagious disease by maintaining a
physical distance between people.
