2).I think the 3 most prospective sectors in the next 5 years are the infrastructure sector, the
food and tourism sector, and the health sector.

3).-My plan is to have a fashion and accessories business, because the fashion business has
been around for a long time, but this business is always up-to-date and keeps up with the
times.By always following developments, fashion products and accessories will always be
sought after and sought after by customers.In addition, this business is not just about fashion
that follows the latest lifestyle trends.But it can also be an occupational clothing business such
as the pilgrimage and umrah, the business of school uniforms, to the wedding dress business,

-Collaborate with Influencer / Buzzer .To introduce fashion products to be sold, we need to
work with influencers or buzzers with the model profession and public figures. and try to ask
for this model or public figure to wear the product and post it through our business social
media or their social media. This certainly makes business promotion more attractive. In

Thus, our business will run smoothly.Running a fashion business is a bit different from business

Nevertheless distance learning is also inseparable from various shortcomings, including:

1. Lack of interaction between educators and students or even between students themselves.
This lack of interaction can slow the formation of values in the learning process.

2. The tendency to ignore the academic aspects or social aspects and vice versa encourage the
growth of business / commercial aspects.

3. The learning process tends towards training rather than education.

4. Students who do not have high learning motivation tend to fail.

1. Becoming one of government office is not something that our generation should be dreaming
of in this era. Najwa Shihab ever said this, becoming one of government office is a dream from
old generation. If today we can enjoy the film like avanger, eating well at popular meals like
KFC, Pizza hut, wear a beautiful dress, so in the future we have to be someone who provide that
kind of things. Making the film, building up our brand, becoming a good designer, etc. We have
been a followers since a long time ago, so for the next make sure that we are the person who
make it, stand for new trend and make new followers to follow our trend.

In the next 5 years, no guarantee for becoming one of government office is favorite anymore.
We aren't in the era of sitting behind our computer then typing based on the order around 7 in
the morning and coming back to home at night. It is the time for making creative industry,
making startup, becoming influencer.

2. Based on Nielsen study (2015), millennials who become dominant consumer, spend their
money into something that realated with lifestyle and experience. Like watching cinema, dining
out, and recreation. Beside that, Gen-Z start making minimalist lifestyle which is decreasing
their owning and replace it with sharing. They spend their money at something like hanging out,
taking a walk, and going to concert. It means in the next two, three more years, tourism
becoming sector that can provide benefit in our country. Even from now on, tourism have been
a sector that placed on 2nd major earner for foreign exchange. Is it possible to make tourism
becoming the 1st place of major earner, considering that tourism sectors in Indonesia is
providing more than we can imagine. So, I think in the next 5 years in Indonesia the first
prospective job is tourism which is related to tourist sight. Yes, as you know Indonesia has many
places that should be known by international. Indonesia is so rich for many things, for example
is culture. Even walking in the next 100 km, we find out new language. And then the second is
creative economy which is related to IT. Becoming influencer who build new startup that make
trend and can reach national until international. In this case, we need more people who expert
in networking. So, everything that related with IT is needed because what we can do is
following the progress in this modern era. And for the 3rd I think business that related to
translation. As I said before, the first is tourism, the second is creative economy which is related
to IT, then for the third we need something to make it run well. That is related to language.
With another language, we can spread our product internationally. So the extend area can be
larger and larger.
3. I'll have business that relate to shipping. In the exact thing is about kpop Mercedes, like
album, lightstick, photocard, etc. In the few next year I'll build my own professional exhibition
organizer (promotor) to invite artist, idol, to make concert in Indonesia. As we can see, it is still
related with with tourism. People love spending their time to something that make them enjoy
and happy. So, I think it will become something that people love to do, besides I love to do it.
The kind of marketing strategy is on media social like twitter, Instagram, YouTube. Or make
influencer to endorse it. Networking is very important, because our product can be easier to be
known, and reached by many customers.

4. Homeschooling is alternative education method which is done in the home than being in
formal school. My opinion, in the near future, homeschooling can be trend in Indonesia, but still
can't interested many people to do it. Many aspects that should be considered by parents,
someone who become the most important role in this case. Many benefits to study at home for
example, the child will accurately understand about the material because there is only specific
person who handle it besides the parents. Then the child can develop their talent and interest
well.

Homeschooling make children study at home, it means they will lost their social life with their
friends. Many kinds of thing can be done in school like practicum, doing extracurricular, and
becoming in the organization. The children doing homeschooling missed this sense to socialize
with their friends and new people.

So, I think in Indonesia it will be rarely parents will do homeschooling to be applied in their
children. Then, especially in Indonesia, many parents who has been doing Homeschooling is for
few occasions like their child needs special attention like disablelity.
5. Advantages of long distance learning are we don't need any transportation to reach it. We
can save money for it, then we can complete most of the classes at our own convenience,
Accessibility that make us can learn in whatever and whenever condition. This make other
benefits like we can adjust our time to study in the right time, so we can more understand and
do it sincerely.

For the disadvantages are it needs complex technology. We need provide something like PC,
quota, to make it. It means we have to spend our money for it. Then it can give us many
distractions like the signal is not well enough to access, the weather is bad to access it, and
many other things. For the communication of course we lack of that because we use online
communication than oral communication. We can lost our social life, then lost something that
we can do it for exact activity like practicum.
