North Marion Primary School teachers are putting fun, educational lessons online for your student to access! We hope you are able to log on
and enjoy this step toward connecting with your teachers and classmates in a virtual way. Use the personal log in information printed at the top
of this letter to activate your child’s google classroom. This letter addresses one question:

How do I access my child’s Google Classroom?

 
If you have your child’s iReady/Clever badge:
On your phone or tablet (without a badge):
Go to ​www.clever.com​ and choose login as a student
Download the Google Classroom app
Click on the QR code image and scan the badge with your camera
Sign in with student email (for example ​109453@stu.nmsd15.com​)
Scroll down until you see the Google Classroom (green icon with 3 people)
Enter password (for example Mill0807)
Click on that icon
You can add more than one student to the app by clicking the circle in the upper
You will be prompted to enter the student’s user name (for example 109453)
right hand corner that has the google account user logged in and choosing to add
You will be prompted to enter the student’s password (for example Mill0807)

This information should now be remembered the next time you log in with the
iReady badge.

Trouble Shooting:
Go to ​www.portaportal.com​ and enter guest name nmps)
Try to enter the entire email, for example: ​109453@stu.nmsd15.com
Try to enter less of the email, for example: 109453
If you don’t have your child’s iReady/Clever badge:
Make sure the first letter of the password is a capital letter
Go to ​www.clever.com​ and choose login as a student (upper right)
Make sure you have chosen North Marion Primary School on the Clever.com site (if

Click on “Login using google”
Make sure you have a six digit number for your student login (assigned to you by
