 SIC (Seat In Coach) rates are based on the pick-up from city hotels.
 Passengers are reminded that photography of military and some government installations is prohibited. Respect
local customs.  Always take permission before taking pictures of Arabs. Do not photograph Arab Ladies.
 Passengers afflicted with problems related to the heart, neck or back, or any other ailment, as well as infants and
pregnant women are not allowed on the Desert safari.
 Smoking and drinking is prohibited in all vehicles.
 Holidays Carnival reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the program due to climatic conditions,
government regulations, public holidays etc. without prior notice.
 No Refund – Any tour cancelled due to weather conditions are non-refundable.
 No Refund – Any tour cancelled within 72 hours of departure.
 Driver will not wait for pick up beyond 10 minutes from allocated time. Cancellation or refund is not allowed
thereafter.
 Thursday/Fridays (Certain excursions may carry a surcharge due to limited availability of seats.)
 All sea trips are subject to availability & state of weather conditions.
 Wearing life jackets is mandatory by all guests if they are outside the passenger cabin in recreational or tourist
yachts sailing outside the inland waters (palms, marina, fishing ports).
 Swimming is allowed only before sunset time as per UAE coast guard rule
 Valid identification (original) of all participants mandatory for this trip. Anyone without personal identification
will not be permitted onboard.
 Any delay caused from guest end will not be adjusted in trip time extension.

Remarks:
 No refunds or replacements for lost, damaged or unused tickets & meal voucher (Coupons). Please retain all your
tour tickets until departure.
 After reaching Dubai, please call immediately from the respective coach office for pickup. We will reach within 15
to 20 minutes on receipt of call as there is no parking lot.

Sightseeing & Transfers on SIC (Seat In Coach) Basis:

If there will be a delay in the scheduled time of pickup (Maximum possibility of 10 to 15 minutes this could be due
to bad traffic or a delay caused by another guest on the same tour). The tour co-coordinator will inform you about
the same and the new pickup time to avoid maximum inconvenience.

Sightseeing & Transfers on PVT (Private) Basis:

If our Driver reach on time and guest will get delay (anyhow) so our schedule hours will be same and we will cut
down something to recover the schedule as some time guest feel as they have booked their tour on pvt basis so
they can use as per their requirement, yes they can but it should be done in our time period.

Hotel Security policy:

Hotel may ask for refundable security deposit during guest check in towards the incidental charges.

Restrictions for Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque:

Dress accordingly. Mosques have strict dress codes. It’s a sign of respect if you arrive prepared.
For the gentlemen: No tank tops and no shorts. Pretty easy
For the ladies: You will be provided with an abaya (loose fitting robe) and shaila (headscarf) near the entrance
but you should still enter the grounds dressed respectfully. Only wear loose clothing that covers your arms and
your knees (to the ankles is even better). Here’s a little tip: Wearing your hair in a high bun or ponytail will help
keep your slippery shaila on your head and covering your hair.
For everyone: Shoes must be removed before entering the mosque so slip ons are recommended.
