Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)
The job holder is expected to derive business insights for identifying opportunities or resolving business issues using advance
analytic techniques and deliver various models through extensive use of statistical and quantitative tools which are fact-based
and assist management towards taking constructive decisions.
He/ She will support in creating data segmentation, providing descriptive & root cause analysis, running and implementing
predictive analytics models. The candidate will be expected to deliver on complex and time critical business needs. It is also
expected that candidate understands the strategic drivers of the business and also able to contribute through recommendation
of data driven solutions.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role – not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.)
A. Two years or less B. Two to five years C. Five to ten years D. Over ten years
a) Graduate or Post Graduate in Quantitative discipline (Graduation in Statistics or Mathematics) with 5-7 years of experience
b) Prior experience in performing data mining, analysis, segmentation & predictive modeling
f) Proficiency in Predictive modeling skills & Analytics tools SPSS & Cognos
g) Excellent written & verbal communication skills specially directed to senior management audience
