Application forms for registration can be downloaded from the University website
www.cusat.ac.in and is to be submitted to the respective Examination Centers with fees
including cost of application form on or before the last date mentioned above.

duplicate (one copy to be sent to FO) and proof of payment of Examination registration fee etc.

Those who have not yet registered themselves as matriculates of this University should
submit their applications for registration as
a matriculates. Those who have passed their qualifying
quali
Examination from outside the STATE OF KERALA should also submit their applications for the
specific recognition of their qualifying examination.

All candidates registering for FINAL SEMESTER EXAMINATION should invariably remit the
fee for Provisional Certificate (रर.330/-) and Degree Certificate (र.1260/
1260/-) along with fee for
examination registration and Mark List, even if they have arrear papers to be cleared. Direct payment for
Provisional Certificate will not be entertained hereafter.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Candidates (2014 Admission onwards) appearing for final semester are to apply for Degree Certificate
ONLINE ONLY through the link http://exam.ac.cusat.in .The payment is to be made along with
examination registration fees at the respective centers. Final printout has to be submitted to the centre of
examination.

Those applications which are received after last date prescribed will be summarily rejected without notice
and no fee will be refunded.

the University well before the commencement of examination for issuing the hall tickets.
