4. INCLUDED ITEMS:
❖ All columns will start from FFL (Plinth Level).
❖ X-type single rod/angle bracings are considered for side wall as per design.
❖ Aluminum Bubble Insulation is considered Under Roof.
❖ Fascia is considered in the scope to cover the sloping lines of Roof on all 4 sides throughout the periphery
❖ Wall Cladding sheet are considered above 3m brick wall.
❖ Paxiglas Industries standard Valley Gutter with down take pipe cladding only in Colour coated metal on both sides of
building are considered only for design & Installation as per mentioned in Architect drawing.
❖ Any item not mentioned in the quote is not considered in the scope of supply & installation.

5. EXCLUDED ITEMS:
❖ 3 mtr height brick wall/Boundary Wall & all other CIVIL activities (including station survey) are not considered in scope.
❖ PVC Pipes for Drain Pipes to be installed by the client.
❖ No Polycarbonate sheet, turbo ventilator and louvers is considered in scope of supply and installation.
❖ Internal partitions at any location in the shed are not considered in the present scope.
❖ Ridge ventilators & Roof Monitor are considered in scope of supply and installation but quoted separately
❖ Standing Seam profile for roof sheet& roof life line is not considered in the present scope.
❖ Supply & installation of any type of Rolling shutter &Gates, door are not considered in the scope of supply & installation.
❖ Any accessories like wall light, windows & any other accessories are not considered in the quote.
❖ Any item not mentioned in the quote is not considered in the scope of supply & installation.

6. GENERAL NOTES:
❖ Single/Double side welding is considered as per AWS D1.1.96.
❖ Out to out steel line is considered as per the drawings available.
❖ The scope of Paxiglas Industries is limited to Detailing, fabrication, loading, unloading, installation & sheet fixing only.
Any issue in any activity other than these is not considered in Paxiglas Industries’s scope.
❖ Transit Insurance is considered by Paxiglas Industries, but once material is unloaded on site, the safety & security of the
entire material is considered under the customer’s scope. Paxiglas Industries will not take any responsibility of material kept
on the site.
❖ Any local issue & any bribe required to be paid to any authority is considered in customer scope; Paxiglas Industries is not
responsible for dealing with any local issue whatsoever.
❖ The conditions covered in this proposal will supersede the corresponding customer’s purchase order (work order)
conditions and mutually agreed conditions in correspondence.
❖ The prices considered in this quote are based on present day market rates. Any escalation in prices of relevant raw
material in the market will be passed on to the customer.
❖ Stability certificate of the structure will be released only after the entire payment is received in Paxiglas Industries.

7. STEEL FINISHING:
All primary steel members will be sand blasted& painted with Mono Coat, Growell / Berger Make –Modified Alkyd Direct to
Metal (DTM), Colour - Dark Admin Grey Color Code- IS632 with 90 to 100 Micron DFT at the factory. All the touch-up points
will be taken care of after the erection is complete.
* Any other paint required for the primary members will be considered as an additional item & charged as per the actual cost
incurred for procurement & painting procedure.

8. SCOPE OF WORK:
• Seller Scope of Work:
a) Detailing every structure member as per drawing approved by the customer.
b) Fabricating all members with designed specified grade of steel exactly as per customer’s requirement.
c) Painting the entire fabricated member in the factory with specified primer & paint.
d) Stacking & loading all the material in an open truck/trailer & dispatch all the material with necessary documents.
e) Erection of primary, secondary steel framing.
f) Only Touch-up of paint due to erection damage.
g) Security for Paxiglas Industries material & a storage room for the same on site is considered in the scope.
h) Guide the Customer or his Civil Contractor for the purpose of proper understanding &Interpretation of Anchor Bolt layout
drawing. However, any other method as provided by Customer for alignment check is also acceptable as long as it is within
the allowable tolerance limits. The guidance from PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES does not absolve the Civil Contractor from
his responsibility for accuracy in setting the Anchor Bolts. Any rework required due to misplacement of anchor-bolts or
faulty concrete shall be the responsibility of the Customer or his Civil Contractor. PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES is not
responsible for the misplacement of Anchor-Bolts if any at site even after providing the adequate guidance to the
responsible staff at site.

• Buyer Scope of Work:
a) Space & security to be made available for storing supplied material.
b) Set Anchor Bolts in position and level in accordance with the Anchor Bolt layout drawings prior to the arrival of our erection
team on site. The pre-setting activities such as template preparation, shuttering box preparation and support to the template
and boxes etc., should be completed & intimated to us, to enable us to mobilize the material to your site. (Ensure that the top
levels of shuttering box are same in order to avoid excessive pouring of concrete, which lead to different height of
pedestals). Finished top level of the pedestal shall be as per the anchor bolt setting drawing and for any height variation civil
contractor / customer has to provide the required additional sim-plates (Not included in PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES scope of
work)
c) Keep Anchor bolt threads clean and free from concrete.
d) Anchor bolts set in place shall have appropriate nuts and washers installed on clean threads.
e) Provide a clear, leveled, compacted and unobstructed ground, with suitable access for trucks and erection equipment. A
6meters wide access shall be provided around each building for storage, setting out for erection & sheeting of the building.
The ground of all working areas shall be suitably compacted for the use of forklifts and/or cranes.
f) To protect the material stored at site against fire, weather, theft, misuse, or any other act of vandalism.
g) To provide the covered space for the delicate materials like, insulation, wire-mesh, nuts, bolts, washers, turbo vents, brace
rods, brace angles, paints & painting related equipment.
h) Provide electricity free of cost (3ph, 50Hz power supply) at the site.
i) Supply water for general use and for drinking purpose for the labour at site.
j) Provide space for labour quarters within the site premises.

9. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

a. PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES shall not be responsible for the damage caused to the building components by others.
b. Legal disputes if any shall be subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.
c. Clearing and/or repainting of steel due to prolonged open storage beyond two weeks is excluded from PI Scope.
d. Any deviation from above standard erection conditions shall be subject to price & time review.
e. PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES reserves the right to subcontract part or its entire erection contract to qualified registered
contractors. PI will supervise the job to execute professionally and in accordance with PI’s strict erection requirements.
f. In the event of stoppage of erection work at the site by the Customer, demobilization &remobilization charges will be
levied.
g. Delays in erection work due to reasons out of PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES responsibility, which result in idle time, shall be
h. charged at following rates per shift:
Erection Engineer/SupervisorRs =2000/-,
Erector / Skilled worker Rs = 1500/-,
Crane with operator Rs = 8000/-
i. The erection period starts from handing over of site to PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES with proper condition as stipulated above
(or) arrival date of materials provided the site is handed over already.
j. Any changes during the progress of erection should be communicated to PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES Head Office in writing
k. Through a change order. PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES erection team at site cannot undertake the changes directly.

10. SUPPLY DELIVERY PERIOD:

A. Our current Delivery Period is around 8 - 10 weeks from the latest date of receipt and acceptance of the following in
PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES:
• Purchase Order
• Advance Payment
• Approval on GA Drawing

B. Please allow a minimum of 1 week(s)for Approval Drawings submittal.

C. Customer must return approval drawings to PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES Head Office within 1 week of receipt. Any delay in
the return of the approval drawings back to PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES may result in a change to our price and delivery
commitment.
D. Our current Site painting + Erection period is around 8 weeks after the shipment, from latest of the following:
Date of readiness of concrete footing with anchor bolt being cast.
Receipt and acceptance of mobilization payment in PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES.

11. MATERIAL ADEQUACY AND STORAGE AT JOB SITE:

Epoxy paint/Grey aluminum epoxy primer paints are meant to protect the steel during transportation and for a short storage
period at site (not to exceed two weeks). PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES is not responsible for any signs of rust that might appear on
the steel due to long storage periods at site.

12. PAYMENT TERMS:

For Supply & Services
25% Advance along with Purchase Order with Drawing
Approvals
45% Against Performa Invoice before the vehicle is dispatched.
5% immediately after installation.

13. PROPOSAL VALIDITY:

This proposal is valid for 5days from the above noted date. Any extension of validity by PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES must be in
writing.
If the job (project) is not “Released for Production” within FOUR weeks from the date of entering this order at
PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES, it will be subject to delivery change and price escalation if any.
“Released for Production,” means that the Approval Drawings have been “Approved as
Is”/ “Approved as Noted” & returned by the buyer “Approved as Noted” or “Approved as is”, the agreed upon payment terms,
have been fulfilled by the buyer and the job has been released for final engineering production and fabrication at PAXIGLAS
INDUSTRIES.
That portion of this order that is not shipped within TWO Weeks from the date of Completion of fabrication at
PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES Factory due to a delay request from the buyer will be subject to warehousing charges &
repainting charges. The warehousing charges will be applied at the rate of Rs. 400/MT/day. The repainting charges will
be charged as per the prevailing rates.

14. CHANGES AND REVISION:
Any change and/or revision to the above stated scope of supply may lead to a variation in the price and the delivery period. A
change must not hold payment for work completed in the original contract.

15. FORCE MAJEURE:

PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES shall not be held accountable for delays in material dispatch or delivery (after dispatch) resulting
from circumstances outside its control, such as strikes, acts of war, revolution, riot or civil disturbance, trade sanction or
restrictions, occurrences of meteorological or geophysical nature, etc. to the extent that these affect transport, steel, its suppliers
and its subcontractors.

16. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

1. In the event a customer cancels a signed contract, the higher of the following
Cancellation charges will apply.
A. 10% of the total contract amount.
B. All actual charges incurred by PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES (and its subcontractors / suppliers) up to the time of receipt
of the notice of cancellation.
6. Cancellation charges are due immediately upon the receipt by PAXIGLAS INDUSTRIES of the Customer’s notice of
cancellation.
